OYO 15893 Hotel Mount Park - Hotel in Kodaikanal - Dindigul, India

Worst place to stay. There were no sanitizers kept for guests. No one was available at the reception. Rooms were not sanitised at all. Person in the reception was stinking of booze. Amenities mentioned were not available at all like geyser, TV, AC, Luggage assistance, etc,. For pillows we need to pay extra money. They don't provide towels, brush, toothpaste, soap which is basic things provided in all the hotels. We had to pay for Breakfast which is supposed to be complimentary. Overall the stay was bad. Never again will I go to this hotel and suggest others to look for better stay.

What is shown in the picture for Deluxe (3X) (Double bed + Single bed), what they provided is completely different. I have booked 2 rooms, Deluxe (2X) and Deluxe (3X). But both are looking same. When we asked about it. Their behaviour is so so rude. We were having no choice at that time. Had bad experience with hotel management.

Do not download this app or ever use their services, they do not share any cancellation policy while booking. If you pay in full the hotel/s under OYO will make sure you get the worst room or don't get any and good rooms will be kept for walk in guests. Their customer service is pathetic and argues you to take rooms what ever the property offers. I just lost a huge amount for booking with them and gave them full money in advance as I was travelling with family, initially I was offered a shared servant quarter (half of which would be used by the cook on property, with a broken bathroom, moths on bed. I refused and got number of a local OYO guy , who sent me to RJ Inn (Kodaikanal), worst rooms, no food or toiletries, towels or anything, we were treated like we are staying there for free and has begged to be saved under a roof. We reached this property at 3 Pm, kept our luggage and went for hotel hunting, found one and left RJ Inn at 6 Pm. I don't know what will happen to 6900+ I gave to OYO rooms, but I'll surely raise a dispute with my credit card company on this transaction.

Located just near the city (Nearby Tamil Nadu Hotel),the hotel is clean and provides You great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms. The rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret,just be there

Very bad experience and behaviour from the staff, booked through oyo for 3 occupancy they where asking additional money for providing extra mattress and pillow, while it is included and provided in all other oyo's we have been in. Negotiations and complaints where made to oyo and the other members of the hotel but they didn't provide any additional mattress and we settled to just get a pillow and adjust. The rooms where too small, the tv was broken. Parking space was not apt, no towels or other oyo suppliments where provided either. Look for some other options, if you want to stay in Kodaikanal without having to deal with the frustration of misbehaving staff.

I have stayed one week in this hotel. It's a nice experience to stay here. Good response in handling visitors and customers, Nice room services. Having parking facility. Finally it's a nice place to stay like our home.

Hotel location was fine though we got room in basement so no balcony and hence not a great view either. Complementary breakfast was just ok too. Bed and room was comfortable.

They do not give facilities as they promised in Oyo.... Like no wifi.. No complimentary breakfast... No phone in rooms... But the staff and managers were good.... Food was excellent... Of course we will visit them next time
