Decent and clean air-conditioned room, good services including wifi service, affordable price and one of the best hotel to stay in amritsar. It is just adjacent to Durgiana mandir and walking distance from jalliyawala bagh and Darbar Sahib. Staff of the hotel is very helping. Completely satisfied with the service provided

Really rude receptionist. Waited for an hour before check in. He said my online booking at discount was for too less a price. Finally after receiving the room, it was dusty. The bedsheets had holes, blanket smelled and used towels were in the room which was never changed after multiple repeated requests.
Worst place ever !!! We discussed a different cost while check in and they asked for extra money while check out . We asked the receptionist to call the owner and he refused . Also did not provide any valid receipt and said that we do not pay tax upon asking the GST number .
Room was nice n cosy, but bedsheets weren't cleaned properly had stains and we also found hairs here and there around the bed!!
Its a dirty place with worms. Very noisy. Window is only in few rooms. They are cooperate with a driver who is cheating people (first he said lower price and when we reach our destination he changed price twice)
