OYO 15482 Delite Suites - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

It's like a apartment.Rate was mentioned 692 including gst for 1 day but I was shocked when the receptionist told me to pay 2700 overall since the oyo based app showed that price, receptionist informed to call oyo to enquire. when called oyo, another shocking news stating that they would refund the advance paid but can't give a accommodation stating that the property owner had modified the rate and was arrogant that they will not give another accommodation. When spoke to the property owner, he informed that you can settle the issue with oyo or pay 1000 for the room and proceed. Since I was with family and kid, I was indirectly in a situation to agree. Its a scandal. I request booking.com to look into this. Please make sure your customers are not cheated by allowing 3rd party bookings to happen through booking.com

A horrible experience - right from booking to check outSufficient storage space.1. The booking experience - when I did my online booking, I first got a mail that I don't have to pay anything till I check in. Then soon thereafter I got another mail that I have to pay a partial or full amount.n2. Once I made an online 50% payment, I did not get any mail to confirm receipt till I called up.n3. The Oyo person I spoke with confirmed receipt of the 50% payment but was unwilling to send an acknowledgement mail, he said Booking.com was supposed i send that!n4. The room was extremely small.n5. The bedsheets were dirty and I had to ask for these to be changed which they good very hesitantlyn6. Though my special request for late check in and check out was approved, the staff at the reception asked me to check-out at the normal fine - I had to show the mails to establish that my speciali request was indeed approved, the guts at Oyo rooms had apparently not recived any intimation think I died the mails.nnIn summary, overall it was a horrible experience.

Don't book Any rooms via OYO app,even if you book on the Oyo app and pay the money as shown on the app also the counter staff at the OYO building will ask for extra cash.If you unable to pay the cash asked by the counter staff then they won't give the room even if you paid the full amount on the Oyo app.If you call to the customer care on this issue they can't do anything they will tell that refund can be given but you won't get the refund.This was the horrible experience I have faced via Oyo app.please uninstall Oyo and never book on OYO app.

food facilities should be available in hotelroom are comfortable for stay.complimentary breakfast as promised during booking not givennfor making tea ,there are no tea bags sugar ,milk powder and hot water jug in room only empty cup plates there.nno pantry , so go outside of hotel for breakfast,lunch and dinner.

Location good, but they didn't allow one person extra even if we were ready to pay.

The hotel is very neat and clean. Good room service

Stay was good. But had to give extra 300 rupees in addition to the payment done in Oyo app

Room size was smaller than expected. Can't expect much for the price at which they offer room. Overall I think it's alright for a very short stay however do not have any expectations at all. There aren't a lot of places to eat around the hotel so keep that in mind.
