Hotel is good and rooms are bigger than the other hotels. We got a good deal and got the deluxe room in reasonable price. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Staff's behavior will make you love Chattisgarhi people, they are so polite and ready to help always. Food quality was average and that's why giving 4 stars otherwise it deserves 5 rating. It's around 1 km from railway station, best place to stay if you need to catch the train early morning or if you are coming by train and want to catch early morning flight.
Rooms are ok but services very poor. Refused to recharge TV. No intercom connection. Geyser, Shower not working. No room services. Costed 1800 per night but very poor experience.

Room is good for the price. Check-in and check-out process is smooth. The hotel has it's own restaurant. The breakfast is complementary. Overall the service provided here is very good.

it was first worst ever experience i faced i had been to alot of oyo hotels but this hotel was dont have proper management when i booked room i added breakfact as complementary and when i was ordering to my room i asked room service people that is it complementary he told yes sir it is ......but at last they told no sir it is not u have to pay for this i dont know why this kind of behaviour...........really waste experience
The hotel is situated at about 800 M from Raipur Junction Railway station which is at a walking distance. The rooms are clean, staff is cordial and professional. The standard AC double room cost is approx Rs 1500. It serves complementary breakfast including free Wifi.
