Pros: 1) Very nice room at affordable price (booking was done online). 2) Location can be both good and bad depending upon the work of interest. 3) Mall de Goa is just 350 m - 400 m away. 4) Surrounding is serene, nice and calm. Cons: 1) No free wifi or wifi at all. 2) No availability of breakfast. 3) Room service can be improved.

The rooms are quite big and has air-conditioning and quite a few channels on television although English news channels are missing. hot water is available at your disposal through geyser fitted and you don't need to wait much. there are small bedside flat top to keep a few things although a presence of small plastic table would have been nice to order online food and have it in the room. You definitely need a vehicle to travel to and fro unless you prefer to brisk walking exercise due to the location. The staff is friendly and willingly assist you in any ways possible to make your stay pleasant and that's very assuring. There are quite a few stray dogs roaming around in that area and preferably you should travel in a car.

Good place to stay near IHM goa for few days. Staff is 24hr present catering to your needs.

Very bad and worst experience of mine with friends staying in this hotel.While check-in the fellows were busy in sleeping not even checking the guest ..We made them woke up and the fellow ranjan was so rude with us and the room was used filled with cigarette smell .we requested him to have room fresher to spray..Useless fellow not possible now..No drinking water..Useless call center support fellow Sushanto he is also reckless..The main point is how come oyo approved this property without cams..This hotel is not safe to stay.
