Royal Paris hotel no 1 best clean room wi fi luxury room beutiful room

Had a nice n wonderful stay experience...if i talk about the hospitality of the hotel it was superb...all the staff members were very supportive , their behaviour was very polite, the rooms were very tidy, clean and sanitised. I would say completely value for money. I would like to share an incident that I experienced when i got into the hotel room, having entered the room i discovered that the lock of the door didn't work, actually the key got stuck in the key hole and wasn't coming out of it , due to which the door wasn't locking, i called the hotilier and said him the problem and the lock was fixed at the given time. So, I've given 5 stars.

Very very old unhygienic rooms. I was in Chennai for an important meeting and was getting late for it so had to book this hotel on spot. The room they gave us was like 100 years old and the washroom was very smelly, it was so bad that we asked for a change of room after i came back from my meeting in the Evening and they moved us to a different room. I checked out in the night time to leave for Bangalore . Overall the worst hotel experience ever. It's worse than a lodge they should not charge more than 300-400 rs for that room but they charge around 1500 if you book on spot. There are many hotels in that lane, advise you to not rush and check out other hotels in that lane.

The dinning restaurant was not functioning. Once checking out they where not accepting cards. When asked for the bill they told that the system is down so will sent the bill copy by email. But even after 2 days didn't received the bill. 80% of staff behaviour was good expect one who was very rude during checking in.

Overall the property is good. And I have stayed here multiple times. But to my utter disbelief this time I had a very bad time. Some rooms air conditioner was not functional. On others tap water wasn't coming. Had to change rooms multiple times. Took entire day to get my issue resolved. Hopefully this should not be repeated.

Good Value for Money Hotel.. Although they don't have restaurant, Manu good restaurants in Veg (A2B) and non- Veg (Buhari) are there.. Easy access to Central Station and Egmore Railway Station.. Good Stay..

Food and restaurant are good. Restaurant staff are customer friendly. But restaurant manager is bullying his underlings and sometimes his sound and anger are impossible to bear for the customers. The restaurant is charging double price for bottled miheral water. Hotel receptionist is discourteous and treats the customers like pariahs. How he is retained there and how he dares to treat customers like that... not even a smile and gd mrng to the customers. room is clean and luckily bedspread is changed daily, But the blanket is not changed. All in all doesnt deserve even 3 Points

I rate my stay as excellent (5) for the price paid. Thanks to Goibibo. Hotel Royal Paris is within one km distance from central railway station and can walk or reach by auto at rs.40. Room was spic n span (very neat/clean). Maintenance of room n toilet good. Separate water heater available. Complimentary buffet breakfast is unlimited and also good with idling, dosa, vada. Pongal/ upma, 2 chutnies, sambar and coffee/tea. Very good veg Meals available Afternoon at Rs.120. non veg rs 150. It is just opposite perimeter police station on the main road itself. Courtesy service by manager n staff. Also early check in permitted with extra payment. Overall very good hotel. Prakash from Bengaluru.
