OYO 14983 Shree Krishna Inn - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

I have booked this hotel online from goibbo. The check-in time was 12 noon and I reached hotel 4 pm. The room was not ready that time. I waited for half an hour to get the room ready. They have not provided drinking water. I asked about the towel and soap then they have given. They don't know how to deal with customers. Complimentary breakfast time is 9 Am to 10 am. Rooms and toilet are not cleaned. First time I am disappointed with Oyo rooms. I think Oyo should remove this hotel from their list. Ready very bad experience with this hotel. I will recommend book some other hotel.

The wrost place and Too worst staff including proprietor And Reception Staff Also First of all they look like street rowdys like in the movies, And I faced water problem when iam in the toilet , They gave me used LENIN, When iam asking to replace with new washed one They r arrogantly says this is washed and new one But it us USED ONE. AND SAFE FOR FAMILY'S FEMALES OYO IS CHARGED FOR AC ACCOMMODATION INCLUDING WI-FI AND BREAKFAST ALL THREE R NOT PROVIDING TO ME THERE IS RESTAURANT FOR BREAKFAST IF WE PAY FOR BREAKFAST THEY GET IT FROM STREET SIDE HOTEL AND ALSO ONLY PURI SABJI. LIMITED AND SMALL QUANTITY. IF ANY BODY INTENTIONALLY WANT SEE IN TO THE ROOM AND TOILET THEY EASILY SEE INSIDE THE ROOM FROM OUTSIDE EVEN. THOUGH UR LOCKED FROM INSIDE. BECAUSE THEY PROVIDING TRANSPERENT GLASS FOR BATHROOM VENT AND ABOVE THE MAINDOOR AND WINDOW ALSO. Imp The Rating also Done by the hotelier through customer mobile ... Star rating and reviews r almost falls I will explain my experience The receptionist simply ask me to show once Booking ID THROUGH OYO APP in a pleasing manner After the he smoothly take the mobile from my hands And fastly chek out and he gave 5star rating him self And close the oyo app and returned to me Everything happened very fast in a trained manner. How i can give 5star to this very bad hotel... I am uploading the photos also

Wost experience ever.... I didn't want to give even 1 star but as its mandatory... They dont provide proper room... Bathroom stings.... Environment is not good if u r staying with family even with friends... Apart from above they have created a new rule 1 towel for each room even u hv 2 guest... In my suggestion dnt even think of trying to stay here

"I would have rated in minus they are fraud, all the rating on Oyo are fake the hotel owner is asking for the phone to see the booking id during the check out and he himself is giving a 5 star fraudulently, Never stay here the room are not clean and the AC unit would not work properly,no wifi and they will not give the breakfast also, and If you have prepaid the amount online then they will say we don't generally allow prepaid guest and they say to adjust in a different room , the whole establishment is of Oyo and the irony is that if you have done the booking through the Oyo app also you will face the same issue."

I have book this hotel acoording to ratings but it's my fault to book such hotel where no wifi facility, out of two rooms which i have book only in one room geyser is working and in other room geyser is not working, there is no remote for TV ,and most important is that water is not coming properly. I have book this hotel according to ratings ,but i am not stissatis with ratings.

Budget hotel in very good location at Vrindavan on walking distance from Iskon temple , Prem Mandir and pagla baba temple. Please buy your food from outside as there are plenty of options outside in cheap rate also they have good taste

I think Oyo not good app for hotel booking here customer care not working properly I trying call his customer care 4 times only 2 times call connect and no information shared about hotel no contect no. shared. And about hotel service not good, bathroom water supply not good,water geasur not proper working ,bathroom not clean

Worst place, I have been provided used bedsheet and blanket without cover. Break fast is also worst two puri with only masala cury.... without any vegetables.... Worst experience...OYO should take care of this....never go for this Guest House
