OYO 14807 Residenza Yercaud Rain The Trees - Hotel in Yercaud - Salem, India

We had there been for team outing place is awesome. The staff is really cooperative and made outing very nice. The rooms are very nice and spacious (very huge min 3 people can stay in any of there rooms but some rooms i think even 4-5 will be ok) clean too. But if you are bigger group then they might struggle for the infrastructure like chairs etc. Food was tasty which was a real delight. Dont expect restaurant as full fledged one u may have limited choices for on time order. The last time i had been to yercaud i didnt had very good food.

Friendly behaving staffs. Rooms are really clean enough but cost of food is a bit higher.they provide indoor and outdoor activity equipments like badminton racquets , cycling etc... only major draw back is network connection. There is no network coverage. Hotel provide free fast Wi-Fi but you can use it around reception only. Highly recommendable for family.

Stayed here for two days, Nice small cosy place which is few kms from yercuad lake. Room I stayed is very spacious and clean.Complimentary breakfast is tasty. Giving full Five star because of Staff who are very friendly and helpful in every way. Best place if you have your own vehicle. They do have activities like off-road Jeep ride which comes by extra payments. Pros:Place is away from town so free from all noise. Suits for couples and family.Budget friendly. Cons: Around 10 to 15 rooms in a small place becomes crowded when every rooms are occupied. People who likes privacy can avoid it. Room I stayed lacks ventilation and air circulation.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property , its tieup with oyo has ended so better search it with the name Raintrees residenza. We had one small kid of 4 yrs also with us. We felt the service was very good, staff is very professional and helpful, i liked the food whatever we ordered. It has safe parking space and all sports stuff available like T.T, bedminton,cricket bat and ball even cycles also for different age groups available. This is must recommended hotel if u want to stay in a plqce full of greenry all ariund with kids friendly swings and all indoor games available to enjoy with frnds or family.

Rooms are good but no wardrobe. Toilet is clean but there is always a drainage smell inside the rest room. No intercom facility. Complimentary breakfast is good. Away from the main road about 1.5km. No mobile signal. Star rating is 3.

It was an OK stay.. the rooms was gud.. the staffs were very good and friendly. but the TV position of my room was not in an comfortable posion to view it properly. The food was expensive... and after all there is no signal in phone and no wifi access., Which makes you difficult to communicate..

Amazing place to stay in yercaud. The staff was really nice. Feels super cozy. Felt like it was best of both worlds, homestay and hotel. The manager was super friendly and gave very good directions on how to make full use of our time at yercaud.

I have been to yercaud rain trees last week. The place is super and I wish to visit again by next month. Hospitality is well done. The reception people welcomed us in the well mannered way and room service was perfect. And the food is served in best manner.
