Staff were friendly and helpful. Food is good. Housekeeping was bad. The rooms were not clean and we had to change to another room. Bed furnushings are old. Their POS machine accepts Indian credit/debit cards only. International cards will not be accepted.
Offers Good service. The rooms are very nice and clean. Toilet is also clean. There is free wifi available here. We got good breakfast which was included in the booking. Rate of room is also affordable. But it is little bit away from the main road. Access to this place is little difficult.
Located in the inner road off OMR away from the hustle and bustle of zooming traffic. I Stay Occasionally here. Very Small Rooms. Location is little bit Interior from OMR and the Corporation Roads to this hotel is very damaged and No Lights in the Streets. Not Good for Older People. As they do not have Lift Facility. Parking Facility for bikes can be Improved. Keep Improving.
It's ok.Need to be improved in many ways. Bathroom fittings are leaking hot water comes slow poor AC performance but at last you've to think money also.At that price point not bad.
Tap water was very salty. Rooms looks nice but they are not, the glasses in the room looks like they been not used since stone age, very dirty.. Also problem while check-ins regarding tariff and all.. The point is don't book even by mistake.
Oyo 1474 apartment is one fine place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and pleasant. They provided the morning breakfast. Their service is too good. Worth for the money. Am completely satisfied. Highly recommended place to stay in Chennai..
