OYO 14680 Hotel Rainbow Park - Hotel in Kondapur, Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Avoid this place. It deserves 0 points in rating. Stayed there for 5 days. Experienced frequent power cuts. Had to call reception 4-5 times to get back up power, sometimes had to personally go down to the desk because they would not oblige to the phone requests. In addition to this the main switch of my room was malfunctioning. No room cleaning in 5 days, not even emptying the dustbin of the room. Had no water supply 2-3 times during my stay. Bed and breakfast type, no in house restaurant Cleanliness is below average. Only Pros: Big, well furnished rooms, good location on Miyapur-Kondapur road.

Cleanliness 1/5 - blankets, pillow covers were not changed by the time we checked in. There's no door mat at the bathroom, towels provided stink. We stayed for 2 days, the house keeping came to clean only one room, that too only on the first day of our stay. The over all cleanliness was below average. Facilities - we were 5 people, booked 2 rooms. In one room, the AC wasn't functioning, we had had to go to the facility twice to complain about it, they said they fixed it but still it worked intermittently. In other room TV didn't work. Somebody came to fix with it but failed to. So we had had to give up on it. Doors locking system was poor. Fridges were there only for show off. They stink like hell, no power supply to them. I advise everyone to avoid this hotel if you're keen about cleanliness and basic facilities.

Not at all recommended! We arrived at 7 am and wanted a early check-in. They said that no room is vacant even though there was one in front of our eyes.(still okay with that.maybe a little too would have gotten us the room) When I enquired about keeping our luggage for 2 hours so that we can go and have some breakfast, they straight away declined saying they don't do that! They won't take responsibility of any such thing. When enquired if they'll take after we check in, they said no . Which hotel does that? The final screw in the wood was when I told them that we require a room with clean bathroom and clean bedsheets, the reception guy said that it would be better if we move the booking to some other hotel. When I told them I am raising the cleanliness issue because of the review I read , he said it's your fault. We are under maintenance, that's why those reviews! In the end I had to cancel and change the hotel, because of their Handling of guest! I fear for those who are going to stay there.

Only advantage in this hotel is that the rooms are spacious, no water provided in rooms... U will have to walk to corridor to fill it from dispenser in your own bottle. TV wasn't working at all and despite of complaining thrice TV was not replaced neither I was provided another room. Fridge wasn't working wither, my booking of 3 nights was a nightmare as I already pre paid it with Diwali offer coupon... So no modifications were allowed by oyo either. Cleanliness is very poor and bath fitting in washroom leaks. All furniture provided in room is very old and in deteriorated conditions. Do not believe in OYO photos they are much different in realty. No support from OYO too , I had to forcefully stay there as claiming refund and shifting another hotel was very much costlier

The rooms are spacious and the management was OK. But the bathrooms in the rooms where not maintained properly, broken or rusted pipes, unclean toilet. The reading table and chair was also way old and not properly maintained and dusty. It's just an OK stay. The plus point here is the hotel is located at the main road itself which is easy for commute. We faced issues in the check-in, as the oyo App showed the classic room a different one and the reality is different. We had to pay extra 800bucks for the room we had booked through oyo. It was horrible experience. They don't have kitchen so you have to look outside for the food, and the complementary breakfast is not there, but still you will be billed for complimentary breakfast. Oyo assist also didn't help me in this front.

The worst rooms ever I stayed in OYO, only AC works, TV, Mini Bar (Fridge), Ketil, Power sockets wont work, Ward robe has no use, rest all are very old, Beds cant be merged. Broken door handles, Broken switch boards, broken phone cables, we (5 families) stayed in 5 rooms, all are same. Elevator works only to reception. Not suggested for family, not suggested for longer stay. Location and Spacious rooms are the only best in this hotel.

Really spacious rooms. No power backup. Bathrooms neatness is not that great. Okay sort. TV doesn't work. No breakfast. There is a restraunt on top floor for lunch and dinner. Great friendly receptionist staff.

It's a good place to stay, it's a spacious rooms and you have access to quick transport and 2big malls near by. But facilities I'd you ask me they have a TV have 5 channel in that 3hindi 1sports and 1telugu and wifi it's there that's all you cont expect any great speed. Over all good spacious rooms and clean, so i give good to them and they don't have inside pantry so if you book from OYO don't include your food with that
