OYO 14487 Hotel Stay Inn - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

The Room was good. I would have rated a 5 star But the Shower in Bathroom was not working in the room which was alloted to us so I gave a 3 star rating. I would suggest the Management at Hotel Stay Inn to regularly check all the facilities which are provided by them & proper maintenance should be done.

One of the better OYOs I have visited this year in terms of room. It was clean, lighting proper, bathrooms maintained and a comfortable bed. The room service was appreciable and the wifi strong enough. The downsides were few. Its location is in an ally which is not properly illuminated in the night and perhaps would not be wise for walking from the main road due to safety concerns. The entrance to the building is from the back of the building when I visited. Construction was going on the in the front. Next, you would have to climb one floor to reach the lobby. The staff is amicable and I found them well behaved and courteous. Good place for family or business travelers or people visiting in a group. If you are visiting alone asked to be dropped right in the front of the hotel and request the lobby to send someone to pick your luggage up - especially in the night for safety reasons. There are some shops available on the main road, medical, a hospital, Reliance Fresh and some small supermarkets. Not a fancy shopping area but got everything needed for surviving. All in a comfortable experience.

This oyo is making fraud, by minimising the price, and charging more when you check in please avoid this OYO at any cost, worst rooms, the person at the reception is arrogant an rude and behaving like he is showing mercy by providing service, please avoid this hotel at any cost and don't book this OYO even if you have no where else to stay, Rooms are unhygenic and the conditions are terrible , it doesn't deserve even a 1 star rating,

Room filled with smell of smoke. That's more than enough to describe how well the maintenance is. The room was not properly maintained. Even the washroom had problems. No windows,no ventilation.Very strange negative vibes,atleast in the ground floor room i stayed in June 2019 Hope you guys look after the issue.

This was a worst experience while staying here. Staff's are not cooperative, dirty rooms and dirty bedsheets. Not even a night lamp over there. Price of rooms are very high according to facilities. This is a couple friendly hotel. If you are planning to stay here with your family then it will be a bad choice. But best part of this hotel is food, very tasty and good quality food they serves. Even Tea and coffees are awesome, must order foods, tea, coffee and breakfast.

Nice place to stay. Easy check in and check out. Food menu is good. But no windows or ventilation is available in Ground floor rooms. Can be suffocating. Nice staff. Outside food is not allowed. Easy to find out and direct route is from chinar park.

All the reviews more than 1 Start are fake, they have given fake pics, not sure why oyo still considers this in its list. It should be removed from Oyo list. Worst hostel in this planet.I am attaching actual pic. They used bedsheets which was already used by last customer so dirty , no hygein. They should be ban in this covid situation and they should be punish for not maintaining hygein and sanitization processes. When the customers questions them why the rooms are in such a pathetic situation, they reply saying check the rooms before you pay, or else it happens here quite common, it's Oyo. This is what the receptionist replied. Shameful receptionist.

Very rude behaviour of staff, denied to check in, demanding additional money, harassment, dont ever book this hotel. Totally rubish.
