OYO 14232 Behala Guest House - Hotel in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

I would say that this hotel is decent to stay. Rooms were smelly and the floor was not so clean. It should be clean. But behaviour of the staffs were good.

Really good stay. Got 2X classic room @699 on OYO offer period. And the hotel environment was peaceful & very secure for unmarried couple. Provides soap and body wash from KHADI Pure company. Which is the best thing. Cons : Fan regulator was not working. Bed is too soft to sleep. You'll get a ache in neck next morning. Which isn't long lasting. Overall experience is good. Bathroom is clean enough but there isn't any hanger.

Good staff. Decent rooms. Best part is there's no such policy as 'Outside food not allowed', so you can order your food from any delivery partner and get it delivered straight to your room. P.S : My review is based on a stay under Oyo.

Booked OYO 14232 Behala Guest House for 5 days. Pros : Its a low budget guest house located in Behala few mins distance from Main Road. Room is spacious and toilet is clean. Gyser and TV was in Good Working Condition.No disturbance and friendly staff. Cons: Not really an OYO standard as very old wall AC, torn linen along with wet towel was provided. Room Cleaning was done only one out of 5 days of my saty. Out of order telephone so even for a bottle of water you have to walk downstairs to reception to get it. Oyo says that there is IN House Restaurant Services but that an incorrect information. You have to rely on Swiggy and Zomato for any kind of food and beverages.

Rooms are mediocre..AC's are mostly old. Room service and the staffs are very unfriendly, you have to ask 3-4 times in order to get a bottle of water. They compromise with customers experience and stay because of their Internal issues with the OYO company. If they have not received any amount or has some issues with the payment from the OYO companies end, they will not let you check in and will tell you to take it up with the company coz they cannot allow the check in because of the owners issue. Very rude and untrained local staff, though a seemed to be good lady stays at the reception, but she doesn't even bother about customers problme or issues. This is what I had faced recently with them on personal level, and would not suggest anyone to take their business over there. Kindly find something else.

They are charged rs 1000 extra because I pay prepaid through online. The condition of room are very bad. The smell are coming from the toilet. The employer of the guest house take Rs 1000 for allotment of room.....please ignore behala Guest house and oyo also.

Awesome place to stay...... Few things tobkeep in mind -If u r taking ur gf u hv to know that they allow anyone with local/unlocal id -She/He must be 18 years 6 months old due to behala police stations order -Now coming to rooms.... Clean neat n perfect expect few issues.... Washroom doorlocks are not broken..... There are lots of mosquitoes n the mosquito repellent they provide are not that helpful plz carry one from ur home.......They hv window mounted ac which looks really old..... The washroom water flows outside to the room........ -Hats off to their room service...... Earlier when i stayed before 4-5 months i was disappointed with this hotel but only thing i liked back den which is still dere is room service........ Best room service u ll get -Staffs are really well trained and well mannered....... They are really helpful....... They will help u in many things like telling directions 24*7 available at tge reception, best room service...... I would hv given 5 stars but that mosquitoes didn't lemme sleep..... N water from outside was completely on the floor.... I hope they rectify those few issues......

This is the Worst place. I already go there before 4-5 times when this is registerd in OYO. But this time I go there through normal booking . They told me on phone that the price of the room is 1200/-. but when I go there they told me price is 1400/- and they fully ignored that booking and the ammont also they behaving very rude like illletered . So, be carefull before u go.
