OYO 1421 Hotel Nirmal Excellency - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Room is small but location is good. We stayed here for 3 days and booked through oyo. Room service is super fast and breakfast is good but not great. Housekeeping is slow, they will clean only wen we inform them. We faced two problems here, washroom door cannot be locked from outside cos of this room is smelly. Second one is we requested for extra matress and what they have given is not worth than 300 bucks and they are charging 400 per day, for 3 days we payed 1200 bucks and I asked at the reception for bill for extra bed and one old man said they cannot provide bill, I requested owner and finally they gave bill at the time of check out. I request the owner of this hotel to take care of these things. Overall I will give 3 stars.

Stayed here for 3 nights in September 2018. It was an excellent stay Best location, centrally located between kachigura and hyderabad railway station, near abids and walking distance from imli bus stand. Very cooperative and friendly staff The check in time is 12 noon, we reached at around 9.30, then too the hotel offered us room without any extra charge for sunrise check-in. There is no hotel restaurant or kitchen, but on request the staff provides food and tea coffee from nearby restaurant. The property is nicely built, but the rooms are small in size and need repainting and renovation. All rooms have fridge, AC, geaser, godrej locker, free parking and high speed wifi. But they don't dive complimentary mineral water. And they don't give tea coffee set and electric cattle in the room.

Am a frequent traveler all over India. I usually adjust for any kind of place, food n situation but this hotel is ridiculous. This is my first negative review on online. No words to describe , horrible service, irresponsible staff n service. They didn't care abt customers and gives a silly reasons. Rooms are with dim lights, TV not working , no room service, staff answers are simply ridiculous. Except for da location it's not worth of staying here. OyO , take care of ur name, otherwise u will loss day.

Excellent hotel at affordable price. Very close to Osmania Medical College, entrance gate of OMC is about 200m. Excellent service. Simple, good breakfast served at room. RO water is provided at room. One can also buy bottled mineral water in basement. 45 min from/to airport when traffic is lean.

Good budget hotel. We were a group of 21 people. The owner Mr. Inderneet Singh was very helpful. He even organised for a birthday cake for my nephew at short notice. We got free pickup from station. Good experience.

Hotel is good in terms of accessibility, cleanliness, staff behavior and amenities. But the location given in google map was wrong. Actually I struggled for 1-2 hours with Oyorooms people on phone to get the phone number of the hotelier. They denied to provide the number as booking was done not through them. So I called Redbus, who took me in conference with an Oyo person who then finally gave me hotelier number. I also requested Oyo people twice to share me the map location of the hotel which they never sent. I am giving poor rating because of cold responses of Oyo people.

The worst hotel in hyderabad. Lizards in room, cockroaches and washroom not clean, doors does not lock properly, AC do not work. OYO do not refund for bad service. If anyone want to book this hotel think thrice. There is an understanding between OYO staff and hotel. They share the refund between them and NIL for customer. We had bitter experience. 1. They will inform us to checkout basing on our complaint. 2. They don't replace the other hotel and more than 10 to 12 members of oyo team will ask you again again and keep us on holding but never come back and call gets disconnected. 3. Fedup with such delay we book again with our money and does not get refund also. 4. Refund promise by OYO staff is a lie. They never tell you truth. In fact Oyo staff are cheaters

Very bad behaviour of hotel authorities.complimentary breakfast was worst quality and was supplied as wrapped in low quality plastic cover and soiled newspapers as if brought from street vendors. Food ordered through room service was also supplied as detailed above. But rate was very high comparing the quality. I don't know how these people have arranged GST bills!!!! Horrible experience for me.
