OYO 14177 Hotel Hhh - Hotel in Kandaghat - Solan, India

Firstly the good things: 1. Staff is extremely helpful and cooperative. 2. Service is fast and quick 3. Rooms are clean and odor free 4. Location is good 5. Parking is safe and good Extremely disappointed with the property facilities. 1. No mobile connectivity... There is zero mobile connectivity in the entire property other than the reception area. Please invest in a good mobile signal booster as no guest would like to be totally disconnected. 2. No Internet/WiFi facility. WIFI is not available which is again an essential service 3. Food: Quantity is good but the preparation is not good... 4. ZERO outside view from any 'so called' balconies. 5. Everywhere I went in the property the cameras were covered with napkins, a serious security issue.

Ok place bang on highway. The location is wonderful. It's is constructed well however the food is average. Not a great view. Far from Shimla. Good value for money. Good for pit stops for Shimla. Toilets are bad and unmaintained, washbasin chocked.

Excellent ! Looks beautiful from outside. Interior is so charming. Staff was very geart food and service was fantastic and houskeeping makes the rooms so cozy. We had a ccomfortable stay at HHH. Its a total value for money. Its very Royal and grant. For me , this was my favourite hotel of the tour. Really wonderful. Highly recommended.

Dirty bedsheets, no slippers, they didn't provide soap even after requesting. Behaviour of some staff members wasn't good. Tv was not working at the time of check in. But after request they made it operational. I am giving 1 star bcoz of food, that was good. And if any body is going to book this hotel by oyo which was showing this hotel available kindly recheck it with the hotel staff they directly refused to give check in to us.they said we don't work with oyo. Overall experience was very bad.

Decent highway side place with beautiful views. We took an early morning halt here for half an hour while traveling from Delhi to Shimla in Indo-Canadian bus. Good breakfast ad clean washrooms available.

A very peaceful and exotic place to stay. One can enjoy weekend there. Hotel staff is very hospitate. This hotel has great location with breathtaking view. The staff is very friendly and service is prompt. The food is delicious too. Very very nice property. Recommend to visit and stay once.

Had good time staying here. Loved custom made for you breakfast and hospitality. Little far from Shimla but very calm and quiet, very serene. All the staffs were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this for a getaways.

Service and food was below the standard, chef don't know how to make manchow soup. Room was excellent. If you guys was to improve your business please change the food quility.
