OYO 1379 Hotel HKJ International - Hotel in Varanasi - Varanasi, India

It was a good stay in this hotel. The rooms were very clean. The staff was nice and polite. The room was an absolute value for money. However there were certain problems we faced. The major one being that the hotel has an lift facility. Also the wifi facility was not available at the time we stayed there, the reason they stated was that the wifi was not working properly and work was going on to fix it. So finally if you get the rooms at a huge discount like I got from goibibo, then it is a absolute value for money.

I stayed for a week with my best friend on a girls holiday. The hotel was a perfect location with the most amazing view across our room. We stayed half board and ate in all of the restaurants over the week and couldn't fault the food. It was very helpful to be able to use our half board for lunch or dinner so that we went out of the resort for a few evenings and didn't miss out. I have already recommended the hotel to many of my friends and family and I would love to visit again! 5* couldn't fault it!!

My husband and I stayed in the apartment rooms and the suites are lovely and spacious. everyone greets you and always ensures you are looked after. Plenty of healthy food choices and stunning views. Seems like a great option for families or couples. Would 100% recommend and would also recommend renting a car to be able to drive around Varanasi's main attractions.

It was really a blessing in disguise. The staff were very helpful for whatever we asked them and helped us a lot in travelling around. Pankaj bhai was very helpful.They know everything and you get a feeling that you contacted the correct person. If you any issues in hotel with AC, Hot water etc...just call them and they will be at you service very fast (which is rare sometimes). In short, friendly and helpful people. I would recommend people for this hotel for multiple reasons....like easy to go to other places in auto as this is at crossing, if you get bored there is a Mall and cinema theater in it, easy to travel to railway station also as this is sort of junction for all relevant travelling places.

The hotel is in a prominent location and around 1.8 kms from assi ghat. Though the stay is OK, needed aspects of cleanliness and proper functioning fan and AC was not there. No food facility is available though swiggy delivers . I traveled with one other friend and was mostly out in the city , hence didn't matter much. But with family it can get uncomfortable

One of the best thing about this hotel is it's location.The hotel is located on main road opposite to Annapurna sweets. The rooms were neat and clean. It was perfect for 2 guests. Quite spacious .The attendants in the hotel were very helpful. All facilities were available. It was a pleasure staying in that hotel for 2 days.

Unfortunately we don't find any good reason to feel happy in staying here. dirty curtains & towel (which one peice given to us by hotel staff), torn blanket, no space of parking inside (our vehicle has been parked on road due to this reason), reception/manager is neither supportive nor suggestive. door lock of one of our booked rom is not working.. really disappointed after reaching in the room. .... this is no thing but more than worst we can get in hotels available in varanasi. never want to come again and not recommended for families.. Even we more surprised when hotel staff provide us a shampoo/ soap in pack of ****, ...... highly regrettable. No words to explain what we are feeling. There was no room available in any nereby location we desired, so just using this place to keep our luggage safe in room and we get out from here immediately after coming from the marriage function. never want to come again here.

Beautiful hotel with gr8 location in market area little bit far from station but overall good experience.Polite and corporative staff behavior as well neat and clean room n washroom. If u r booking this hotel you will find a gr8 hospitality services no dout for breakfast as well you have an option to choose and tasty food with affordable price.
