Clean rooms and staffs are good. Not easy to find this on location . Worth staying here. But staffs in middle of the night are very noisy . My sleep got disturbed a lot. Please improve it . While cleaning my rooms they removed my water bottle and towels and didnt put the new one . I had to remind them for all this small small thing . I would come back to this hotel in future .
Rooms are neat and good, staff are friendly but the area itself is very bad, unhygienic, google maps don't show it in a correct location. They also don't give bill for early check-in.
There are a lot of problems with this place and they probably aren't gonna address it anytime soon.the food takes ages as they get it from outside which doesn't even taste that good.the rooms are very small and have almost no ventilation so it does get stuffy. The people are good though and the location is very quiet with good accessibility.over all a mixed bag of experiences
Clean and big rooms. Access to public transport is easy. Food is ok ok. All in all this is a fantastic place to stay in Santa Cruz when you are looking for under 2k per day budget.
