OYO 13657 Hotel Radhika - Hotel in Raipur - Raipur, India

1. Denied availability at booking price of Rs 649. On request that it was already quite late at night, and that the booking was made with Oyo discounts, they provided room at higher cost. 2. No AC. 3. Fan continued to make hitching noise. 4. Smell of Smoking even after the room was declared fit for use. No room freshner spread. 5. No mosquito repellent though the room was infested with mosquitoes all around. 6. At the reception, person was courteous, but not the porter. 7. Rooms weren't cleaned. Heap of dirt made it impossible to walk barefoot. Overall, this hotel doesn't deserve to be listed as an Oyo hotel. Oyo officials must come down to see the condition here.

Only the bed and the size of the room was good. Bathroom was not clean, door without latch, ventilation broken. Only one towel given for two persons. Not very trained hotel staff. An extra charges of Rs. 630/- was charged, which was intimated to oto official before check in. Lot of trouble in at the time of Check-in.

It has happened to me that the hotel was shown in the OYO app at a low price and as much as shown, then I paid the hotel check-in time, the receptionist and the manager said that they will not give the room for such a low payment, whereas what was shown in the online OYO app was the same. I had paid and I had to pay extra which I did not like.

The Hotel is good as it is, The hotel was situated in the middle of the city, All Raipur attractions are very near to the hotel. The only problem is the hotel is not same as in enclosed photos. It is an average experience not clean as good.

My experience was awful, very bad. The staffs were non-cooperative. When we reached hotel to check if they take bookings through oyo, they said the online booking rooms were different. Although we agreed to take those rooms, meanwhile the manager increased the price so much by 400-500 to match the offline price. Cheating customers. When I said we can complain to oyo and put google review, with great attitude he said, "after complain Oyo will make a call and next day onwards it will be the same for me and will again start getting customers." I recommend everyone to not prefer this hotel at all. P.S. The rooms were very dirty, manager himself agreed that AC does not work in online booked rooms, bathroom dirty, linen were not washed

Very good amazing stay. Reasonable price. A good app for hotel booking. I always prefer Oyo. However sometimes the hotels ask for extra money as shown on OYO.

Do not book online ! it's a SCAM. Pathetic experience ! Booked my room through make my trip but denied room at the time of check in. They take your booking and advance through make my trip and later claim that we haven't accepted any booking from make my trip and we have delisted our hotel from all online platforms.

My experience was really awful at OYO 13657 Hotel Radhika, Raipur. I went with my parents for 1 N trip on 15th April 2022 to Raipur. The manager had a very negative attitude. The staffs were non-cooperative. When we reached hotel to check if they take bookings through oyo (because I have faced this issue 4-5 times in a row in the past), they said that they provide different rooms for onlin bookings (small ones). Although we agreed to take those rooms, meanwhile the manager increased the price so much (by 400-500) to match the offline price he was offering. This is simply cheating customers. When I said we can complain to oyo and put google review, with great attitude he said, "after complain Oyo will just make a call to us and next day onwards it will be the same - we will again start getting customers as usual. This is very common for us". He also said that even if we book through OYO he will provide a room a AC room where the AC is not working, and then again I will keep talking to OYO and in that my stay period will get over, so better I should do offline. He gave all the calculations as to why hotels are at loss because of partnership with OYO, since the rooms that they normally charge at higher price is provided at a discounted price in oyo app, and hence they have to force customers to take offline bookings through various tactics. My request to OYO is that OYO should take required corrective strict actions against such behaviour and activities to ensure customers have atleast a smooth check-in process. P.S. I recommend everyone to not prefer this hotel because you yourself can judge if they cheat one customer, they must be cheating others as well one way or the other
