The super saver rooms are really small, without proper ventilation. The staff is nice and cooperative, especially the manager. Our stay was hassle free. During the day time the roads are really crowded, so you won't get cab from here, you need to go to phool chowk to board the cab.
1. Food which I ordered was never delivered on said time 2. Washroom was not clean 3. Staff was unmanaged 4. Rooms were not the same as shown in the picture they were smaller than that in the picture 5. Extra charges imposed unnecessarily 6. Forced to rate 5 star on Oyo app 7. A.C didn't cool fast.
If you're here for the official work than this is not good option for the stay at this hotel. Mosquito inside the room, washroom not neat and clean & there is source of natural air and light inside the room just pack a squre room. Hotel is surrounded with all shopping market if you love shopping than you can stay here and location is not up to the mark and transport facility and traffic issue due to rush in hole sale market.
It's the worst hotel I ever experience I had booked the rooms 3 weeks before and they cancelled my booking before I reach to the location. And they also don't know how to treat people on phone. They tell lies that you have booking on another date. I strongly recommend not to take this hotel as your accommodation. Thank you
they are harassing the couples and not following oyo rules regulations. atleast 10 times i talked to oyo customer about misbehavior and harassment after that they took the call in confrence to hotel manager after that also manager behaviing like he is above the oyo. let's see what oyo will do in this matter. guy's strongly suggestion is dont book this hotel. lot's of oyo's are in raipur take someone else.
It was nice experience but the image of the room as described in OYO app was not same the rooms were very small. The food were expencive. The price of the room was very heigh as compare to other rooms of OYO.
Due to covid time...no more customers booked hotel, there for staff less,service less..... facilities down..... Pray to god....for normal routine time....all will good.....all hotel will be provide best...
Nice ....cool.......good facility but there room rent is not comfortable price ....and there is no car parking and no bike parking ....hotel outsite vrey ruse ....because this hotel is between the gol market .....around hotel much shops.....
