OYO 13398 Hotel Relish - Hotel in Vadodara - Vadodara, India

We were looking for a reasonably cheap hotel for a long stay. Hotel Relish was exactly that. It was quite comfortable for the tariffPositives: 1.The location was perfect with most places (airport, University, restaurants) easily reachable.2. The room was quite spacious with enough storage compartments3. A/C was working OK.4.Bed was very comfortable5. Staff were quite cordial and were receptive to requests and prompt in addressing complaintsNegatives:1. Toilet/bath was cramped.2. The toilet fixtures were not well maintained. Had to change the room allotted first as the flush was leaky3. No mosquito net to toilet window!4. No intercom in rooms5. Free Wifi not working (as usual)

Situated at a good location. Surrounding is very peaceful. Everything like eateries, shops are nearby. If you are light on luggage, it's at a walkable distance from Vadodara railway station ( better to exit from 6 no. platform) else you can take auto , taxi too. It's about 1 km from the railway station. I booked a deluxe AC room. Room & bathroom is compact & neat. Bathroom fittings are old & need some better maintenance.I stayed here for about a week. TV cable connection was not available throughout my stay.Hotel staff was nice.Compact, clean room for solo travellers. booking price is much reasonable than desk booking at the hotel. Eateries, shops are located near by.Vadodara railway station, city centre bus station is about 1 km from the hotel.

Nice clean, compact room. Near by to railways station & city centre bus stand (1km). Markets are near by. Intercom & TV not working. Hotel staff is good natured. As a solo traveller it was a good experience as most of the things like eateries , shops etc were nearby.

Booked from Goibibo at 600rs for one night They gave me this Dirty and damaged bathrooms with window grill visible to others, i have to turn off lights to bath Also water was leaking from basin Wall paint was removed from some areas And lastly torned bedsheet and they were smelly as if they were not washed at all After i got up i started scratchinh my body

Haven't had such a horrible experience ever until I visited Hotel Relish. They should rename it to Hotel Rubbish. The receptionist who sits in the morning does not know anything about hospitality and speaks rudely. Thank god I realized it during the check-in and avoided staying here. When questioned about how would you accommodate extra bed in such small room, he started howling. My opinion - AVOID this hotel.

Rooms are small... They take Rs400/- per extra person per day/night. Rooms are worst, bathrooms are small as it's attached bathroom. (No space for bath.) By the way we booked super delux 2 bed room for 4 persons. Not a good service at all... One star is huge for them. Oyo must remove their tag from this hotel.

Pathetic. They alloted our rooms to other guests who walked in for staying and were willing to pay extra money. When we reached the hotel for check-in, we were told that the rooms are unavailable as there is no electricity on the entire floor. But from the outside, we could see people staying on the same floor via their windows. The property owner is really dishonest and can go to any extent to earn a few extra bucks. So think twice before you book this property.

Rooms are too small. Similarly, bath rooms are also small. Services are fine. Person in the reception is very helpful. Particularly in the early morning, shen arranged transport to Airport did not show up, he helped arranging transport.
