Third class rooms. Rude receptionist. Dirty floors. Bathroom accessories were damaged. Not worth to pay 1400/- Rs for this tiny room. Will not recommend to anyone. Would have given zero star if there's an option.

Rooms of hotel is quite nice and spacious. Hospitality of hotel staff is very good and quick response. There is one major issue, menu of restaurant is very less and verity of food is also not available. But in over all hotel is good for stay. Family friendly Hotel and also in budget. locality of hotel is also good. It is located just near by AIMS Jodhpur.
Good services clean rooms
I booked this hotel two days ago, when I reached to stay they told us that we don't accept online booking and we don't have link with OYO and MakeMyTrip anymore as we already asked them to remove our hotel's name from their websites (if you'd notice, this hotel is still here on OYO and MakeMyTrip). And then they didn't allow us on hotel. We booked this hotel for 3 days of total charges Rs2100 on OYO and they asked that we can't do anything and added that if you still want to stay at our hotel then you need to pay Rs1600 per day (which was more than double of charges I paid online on OYO). We decided to stay at this hotel for one day as it was already 8 o'clock of evening and tired too because of long journey, we ordered fried rice and curry from them and they charged around Rs350 for one plate. But we had no choice because we knew it was bad day for us. Let's take an example, what would you do if you booked a hotel, you reached at hotel late night and then hotel start saying that we don't accept online booking. Then you'll have no choice rather than staying at same hotel and they'll charge more than double or 3 times money you paid online. If you contact OYO customer then first of all they'll hold you up for 30 minutes and after one hour of conclusion they'll ask you to shift to another hotel which would be around 10 kilometers away from the hotel you booked. Such hotels will only allow you if you've paid enough money online which they desire, but if you've paid low money (by applying coupons or offers) then they'll not allow you and will make stupid excuses that we've removed our hotel's name from websites. Next time you book hotel online, call customer support and ask them to call Hotel's Receptionist to confirm your booking (because OYO don't share contact numbers of these hotels that's why you can't talk to hotels directly which sucks) or else you'd regret especially when you'd arrive at night and you're with your family.
