Room was small bit clean room and has a good balcony.Food was really good and location is little bit of interior but near to police bazar

"Hotel Indiana" is one of the best hotel in Shillong Police Bazar,I stayed two nights with my friends This Hotel Offered us their best service and Room Amenities,we stayed in many hotels but we never got any Hotel Like this.Hotel Staffs are polite and very friendly,You will get 24 hrs response in this Hotel,Specially thanks to Mr.Sarimul Hoque & Mr.Sharma.
Nice hotel with not so big rooms but clean rooms. You will get hot water all the time. The staff is also good. Overall a good hotel to stay near Police Bazar Sani Mandir.
Location is perfect for anyone wants to enjoy near main markets of Shillong. Everything is easily accessible from this hotel. Staff is amazing, very polite, very hospitable and co-operative. Food is great we liked everything which was served to us specially the Tea is fantastic. I would've given it 5 start but the rooms are little small. Overall it's a grest hotel for travellers!

The location of the hotel was good, 5mins to Police Bazaar. However, the room size was a little small compared to what you get in most hotels for a standard double room. Cleanliness wise it was satisfactory. The staff behavior was good and the food at the restaurant was quite tasty. The major issue was they had problems with providing hot water. And considering the temp in Shillong in December being in the range of 9-13 degrees, this was big problem. They should seriously look into this matter and resolve it.
