OYO 13167 Nirvana Lodge - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

The behaviour of the staff was extremely chivalrous and kind and needful whenever in times of need.the washroom.could be a little bit upgraded.but otherwise it was clean and tidy.the rooms were totally comfortable and homely.only the key to my lock was not working.I had to leave my room unlocked and leave for my exam for 2 hours.I was quite worried about my things in the room.but after returning .the things in my room were totally safe and nobody mishandled my room.otherwise the manager is very kind and helpful .the food is great and one of the very best stays I enjoyed at Guwahati.looking forward to visiting again. Thank you.

This place is bang for your buck! I stayed for 1700 per night and it was a stealer deal at that price. The staff is friendly and helpful and the service is prompt. The rooms are well furnished and the bed s and sofas are comfortable. The food served was also good but there isn't an option for ordering half plates, which if added would be highly appreciated. The only thing that might be troubling for some is the fact that the place is located next to a busy road and railway track so expect honking of horns and rumbling of the rail tracks.

It was spacious as it was supposed to be since I booked a suite. But the bathroom was too narrow plus malfunctioning. You cannot wash your hands water will be then be overflowing in the basin. The shower was not working. The commode was broken. If you are expecting there will be no loadshedding then don't. There was and I don't know if they have provision of generators or not. If you are staying alone and suddenly the light goes off you'll feel the dreadfulness. But the staffs are well behaved and cooperative. Just the infrastructure is too bad as per one is paying.

I enjoyed my stay there and I hope to return. The location is perfect. The room was really pleasant, spacious, neat and clean. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The room had all of the conveniences I could hope for, tv, mini refrigerator, sofa, dining table, everything. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Breakfast was great.

Good place. Modern interiors and really worth money. I booked last moment so got me on a bit pricey side through OYO. But it's all good because I stayed in their suite and its all amazing and even the staff was good and food was good as well. But only I wish they could have maintained the bathroom as it was dirty as hell. Otherwise it was all good.

Ambience: 5/5 Room Service: 5/5 Management: 5/5 My stay for 2 days in Assam was memorable. We had booked 4 rooms, all of them were well maintained. And Yes, indeed the sound of trains in the night makes people's sleep go away. Thanks for such a great stay.

We have booked our room through OYO and they give us Deluxe Room, but after coming here we saw that the railway tracks is just next to our room, so we have asked them to shift our room but they said that they have shown check in so they can't shift our room which upset us and they can't even upgrade us.So we have to paid more and move to suite room but the sound of the train which is 24hrs will make ur night a bad night. No complimentary breakfast, there is no other channel in the tv except hindi movies, bad service , we have ordered for chicken drum sticks its almost 1hrs we call at the reception but a guy from kitchen pick up and said that we dnt have this order the girl from the reception did nt inform them bad communication, this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed with very bad service, we r not satisfied at all with this lodge, and i will not recommened other guest to come and stay here not worth for money . I dnt like to write all this but this was my experience here for 1 night.

Stayed one night in this lodge which is close to railway-line. Sound of passing trains might disturb your sleep. Inside the room is spacious and clean but surrounding is crowded. Staff behaviour is good and food is also reasonably good
