OYO 13123 SRK GRAND - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Horrible hotel staff with zero experience of dealing with customers. I didn't get my paid breakfast and had zero cooperation from them. I stayed here for two days and there was no one to clean even the bedsheets or pick up the trash from the bins. When I asked about plates, they said I should leave it right outside my door. And next day when I saw, the food and the plates were still there even after 24 hours and there were flies and bugs there. It's better to take some other hotel than this one as their staff have no experience, and the hotel is at shady place with almost no lighting and it's almost not possible to go out for a late evening walk. My rating - Staff - 0/10 Room - 4/10 Cleanliness - 2/10 Accessibility - 3/10

Good but hotel is in village customer service is good ,but they don't clean the room at once also as I have stayed for 4 days, regarding food u have to depend on zomato,uber eat, swiggy,not much option available nearby restaurant is coastal dhaba even there is no light in the hotel lane. Reception guy and other staffs behaviour is good.

I can't recommend this hotel. Dirty towels, dirty bedding. Under the blanket was a pile of sand and dark dirty spots on the sheet. It was as if 100 people had spent the night there. Check-in time and Check-out time are selected in order to earn extra income. The receptionist in the morning was slow and indifferent, we are settled in the room or not. The only plus is the receptionist who replaced him after dinner. He was tactful and attentive to the comments.

This place is situated in corner, you have to find it really well. It quite away from the rushikonda beach(around 1.5 km) Doesn't have any food service, you have to order from swiggy. I didn't like room quite well. Only good thing was that service was good and people at desk was polite.

Oyo rooms were nice. But hotel were staff pathetic. Issue with makemytrip to Oyo rooms. We were stranded for 1 hour for check-in. After talking to makemytrip cust care . Issue fixed. B careful booking bahalf of mmt. Double confirm your booking by calking mmt cust care before hand to avoid last minute surprises.

Good one, staff was also good, ambience and maintenance was good. Major problems are no public transportation. Untill unless we don't have own vehicle can't get things easily. No boy will go out and get liqueur. :p

This is far away from the city, near about 15 KM, However near to Rushikonda beach. This is a newly developed hotel. The House keeping service is almost nill. In the night no mosquito liquidator is available, so all the night you have to struggle for a good sleep.

If you want to stay near to the beach with low cost then go for it,excellent rooms,serving and all are good,ideal place .....better walkable distance from road....near to gitam college,rushikonda beach,thotla konda,ramanayudu studios,bhimili and go karting if you are planing to see the above all you acn stay there....have fun
