Never stayed the night, but I've used the restrooms because the place is owned by a friend of mine. Nobody to disturb so you can do your business in peace, connection is good so you can take your time and read the news during the process.
Expensive price considering the quality of room which was small but clean. Good location. Didn't have breakfast because of breakfast timing mismatch between oyo and hotel staff. Overall not a pleasent experience
A descent place but not too clean. The reception person is so irresponsible that most of the time is not available on reception. Does not understand Hindi or English. Maintenance is not done on regular basis. Over all ok in the price range.
The Room rents was very high and Room interior service was not upto the mark,the Bedsheets are not Clean , another guest hairs are lying on Beds,Hotel service was very worst we are not getting No complimentary Drinking water Bottles in our Rooms we have to ask 3-4 times for Drinking Water and no Tea is available for 5 persons ,they told us that they have no MILK and TEA Leaves that why they can't provide us the teaI will not suggest to any one who may be my Friends or Colleagues to stay in this Hotel..

Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.

I must say the hospitality the owner of the hotel name David gave was just out of the blue and his team of dynamic staffs were so helpful in every way possible when I needed their services. The hotel has a very friendly budget per room for all guests
You will actually feel like you are staying at home. I have visited Mawlynnong 3 times and every time I stayed in this homestay. Superb neat and clean place with decent basic eating options nearby.
