Very bad behaviour..... especially Raju....and asking additional cash..... please dont go there ...

If there is a zero on the scale I would go with that. 0/5.Let's start:1. Cleanliness: you are most welcome if you love to wake up the next morning with cockroaches sleeping next to you on the bed.2. Amenities: out of 2 amenities ( AC & WiFi), AC doesn't work and WiFi's password he is not ready to share at all. God knows why they have WiFi.3. Service: here comes the best part, it seems the receptionist is on notice period. He doesn't bother if the hotel is on fire. You ask anything and his answer is "we don't have". You ask plates, reply-"we don't have". You ask spoons, reply-"we don't have". You ask WiFi password, he won't give it. You call them, he will put a line on busy. You basically ask anything and the answer is NOOHe is rude,he is getting his salary.4. Food & Drinks: I haven't taken but I have seen others and GOOD THAT I DIDN'T TAKE.in the end, property location and room size are good but services are the worst.I checkout before my planned checkout date. service guys and get a better one, this hotel will be good to stay in. Until then I can't recommend this

This is a decent budget hotel. For the money you pay, its worth it. Its clean and hygienic. The staff are polite but I received a room in which the A/C was not at all cooling even though it was running for the whole day. I stayed only for a day and was on a business visit and did not pay much heed to it as I utilized the room only for sleeping in the night. They would have provided such a room probably because the booking was done through GoIbibo.

In short, great location and great people who run the place!! Not so new rooms but still very neat and functional. The complimentary breakfast was yum and was delivered on time. Though many Oyo rooms charge up to 30% for early check-ins, Park Palace has not changed a penny and that's very humane of them, I'm very humbled by their hospitality. I would like to personally thank Abdul Bhai for arranging a pleasant stay. Thank you from bottom of my heart.! Stay blessed!!

I stayed there for a day and here are the points what i like and what i dont. Likes: 1) Great location. less than 5 mins walk from madiwala (where most of the private bus has their office). Hotels, shops and whatever you want, just step out of the hotel and walk for <100m and you will find it. 2) Very courteous staff. Dislikes: 1) I booked an AC room. Though its written that hotel has generator backup please note that AC wont work during power cuts! 2) AC temperature is always at a range of 25 to 27 degree. Even if you reduce the temperature its reset back to this range. Result: Not much cooling inn room. 3) Although room and bathroom was cleaned well, they were not well maintained. Patchy walls, broken windows, broken switch boards. Turn anywhere in your room, you will find at least one broken item :D 4) Somehow i don't feel like staying with my family during my next visit.

The rooms were decent but the floors were not sweeped properly and had lot of dust. There was no hot water coming from the tap. The reason I chose this hotel is because of the proximity to the bus stop and I had to catch a bus at 2 am. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the private bus stop in Madiwala. You will find a lot of Kerala and Arabic cuisine restaurants all over this place filled with college going crowd and other foodies. The staffs were friendly maybe because I could speak Malayalam.

One of the reason behind staying here was, it's near to bus boarding point. When we arrived there, the location area if full of restaurants so no need to worry about food. Even though breakfast and dinner might be included, it's taste less. So better have it outside. Hotel gallery is playing ground of cockroaches.
