OYO 13010 Anjam Smrithi Mandiram - Hotel in Guruvayur - Thrissur, India

Beside to Parthasaradhi temple and also Railway Station, Guruvayoor. Behavior of staffs are too good and the rooms are neat. Walkable distance from Guruvayoor temple.

I resided in room no;301 ON 27TH AND 28TH FEB 2018,The room is spacious,neat and well furnished.GOOD. But at night mosquitoes started entering in lot and started biting throughout the night.If this happens to a family coming after a long journey,the situation may become different. On observation it is found that the ventilator of the bath room is no mosquito netted and there is a space on the right top of the bathroom door. So the concerned lodge owners are requested to net all ventilators immediately.

The hotel is located behind the Parthasarathy temple in the railway station road, Guruvayoor. The rooms are quite spacious,,bathrooms not much spacious. The parking lot is not there yet there is space to park for few cars. The lift is available but only 2 or 3 people can manage inside. The hotel is at a distance of 500 mtrs from Guruvayur temple. The service was fine. We booked a 3 bedded room through OYO but 3rd bed was provided without a cot still the stay was comfortable. The distance to the temple is not much but wont prefer walking in the early morning like 2.00 or 3.00 am. The food provided was fine. The highlight is Parthasarathy temple, a beautiful one which we visited just because we stayed at this hotel. The tariff is quite reasonable and cheaper comparatively.

Pleasant stay. Only 2 min walk from the railway station. 24hrs reception desk, lift, hot water facility. I made my booking through oyo rooms. Room and bathroom (though it was too small) were clean, well ventilated and equipped with ac, tv and phone. Clean and fresh linens. Bath towel and hand towel were provided. Bottled water, breakfast and toilet kit were given as complimentary. Helpful staff. They also gave Guruvayur temple prasadam while checking out. Only difficulty was the noise of the vehicle during the train arrival. They offer convenient day time stay (6 am to 6pm) at moderate rate.

Very near to guruvayur temple. And the rooms are really good. Well behaving senior staffs over there. Overall liked it.

The person incharge was rude all the time and was completely unwelcoming. He seems to have been upset about the low price OYO booking. Otherwise the place was clean and good.

This is a budget stay. I stayed here with family for a night and visited Guruvayoor temple. Guruvayoor temple is just 10 min walk away from this. Though they are listed ib OYO, i faced few problems. There was not a proper parking space. I put my car just on a side which was not at all maintaine. Rooms are below average. They dont have any in house restaurant. We need to go to nearby reatuarants like KTDC Nandhanam, Devaragam. Free breakfast provided to us were not good and was not sufficient. Room AC is not effective and its not properly maintained. You can catch cold easily if you use this AC. Our room door had serious problem. It was not at all getting closed. And to open it up i needed to all of my force. But staff behavioiur is good. Overall its not a good option if you stay with your family

Plus points: Neat and clean. Friendly atmosphere. Hot water, lift and AC rooms are avilable. Minus: No room service, no restaurent. Lift is very small. Proper car parking area is not avialable.
