OYO 13005 The Park Roots - Hotel in Motichur Range, Haridwar - Pauri Garhwal, India

Room were spacious but was not clean. Services where pathetic. Menu card provided but food not available on demand. Staff attitude was not good towards customers.Not even a cup of tea was complementry. Drinking water not provided. A big no to such kind of hotels who charge high fee but provides zero service.

Service was really very bad, we didn't provided a basic amenities like a soap etc no hot water even though washroom was broken and uncleaned, bed sheets was very dirty and the mattress was like a jugad of a foam, food quality was also not good for me it's 0 and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

The rooms are good, food is good. One star is for the bad experience with the hotel. I had booked a triple occupancy room and paid in advance, however on reaching hotel was surprised to know that the said room is not available and i had to settle for a double occupancy room and they can provide extra mattress on floor which was not accepted by me. So whoever is looking to book rooms here pls be careful.

cute hotel well trained staff really polite and respectful towards the work. water in bathrooms is a big issue we had about 10 rooms booked in the hotel. food is good.

Good rooms .. Good service but a bit slow...check bills before paying....on roadside so easy accessibility

I loved the room. Best place to stay if you want to stay near highway.

Worst service .hotel is not abided terms and conditions as per commitment at the time of booking the hotel had promised to provide breakfast by 8:30am to10:30 am but they failed to provide the breakfast on pretext that cook is not available.

Ok to Stay They have affordable price but won't give you a glass of water with out pay
