OYO 12899 Hotel Khushi Regent - Hotel in BDA, Bhopal - Bhopal, India

Rooms are Good but found cigarettes buts in the bathrooms if the bathrooms were never cleaned up. The staff was found to be friendly and with a Good Smiling Service ethics

I was asked to pay early check-in charges when i entered the hotel around 7:30 in the morning. I had to roam outside for one and hald hour to finally check-in the hotel. Early check in charges should be deopped if you have rooms available.

The receptionist was way too harsh and foul mouthed and at no point she (Anu) was able to handle customer in a well behaved manner. Need to change the receptionist ASAP. And services was also not proper, location is poor late night train disturbance is there did not slept at night. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Worst hotel and service. Booking accepted online through goibibo and payment taken. Check in denied sarcastically. Charged 1,200/- at late night check in at 00:30 am and check out was told at 11:00 am next morming. What a bloody rip off. Do not book this cheater hotel.

Worst hotel. Poor location. Receptionist uma mazumdar charges extra money from unmarried couple and gives rooms on hourly basis. Worst service. Not meant for family. Bad activities take place. Dont go.

Very decent hotel, clean rooms and excellent service, centrally located. This was my second stay with this hotel and both the times, the managers have been very co-operative.

Pretty decent place , the rooms are cozy but we'll maintained . Food quality is really good and delicious in taste . Staff is pretty good and well mannered

Hopeless hotel next to railway tracks ..pictures shown while booking sites is all just deceptive,no coffee maker, breakfast was hopeless...God save the promoters..rooms were like match boxes..NEVER NEVER again a big zero...muft ma bhi mehnga yeh bekkar hotel...
