OYO 12808 Victoria Villa - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

THE LOCATION IS NOISE CANCELLED, PEACEFUL AND REMOTE AREA. 4 KM FROM HIGHWAY. I GIVE 3 STAR FOR LOCATION BUT IT IS FOR ROAD. THE ROAD WAS VERY HAZARDS...THE ROOD IS TOO POOR. THE PRIVATE ROAD ALSO SLEEPY IN RAINY DAYS. THE L TURNING IS SLEEPY.

Pathetic stay. They charged me twice. I booked the place online. Paid full money. When reached the property they said they will not allow us to check in as i paid online in the oyo app. He asked us to again pay offline and when we denied he asked to leave the property. It was late at night so we had no other choice then to pay offline again for the same room. Food which they served was tasteless. Even a 10 year old can cook better food than them. Overall my stay was horrible. I would request you to never consider booking this place.

Its a homely serene place to stay. Away from city crowd. Spacious property and the food is really tasty. Assamese ethnic food is also available here. Even though the road to the place is bumpy you will be surprised after reaching there. AC and geyser available in every room. Enough parking available. A temple is there inside the property....!

It's really worst location, Pathetic condition of toilet, No market around, Approaching roads are so bad. Wash basin tap not working...on asking to hotel fellow..reply was..woh to kab se kharaab hai. No charging point available. On asking the hotel manager ..reply was..tv ka plug nikaal k laga doh. Please stop booking from Oyo in North East, this Victoriya hotel is really pathetic. Sirf naam dekh ke book na kare, Jhadura hotel hai ye.

The hotel is really far from the city and a bumpy road takes us to an isolated location. After reaching there holding 6 trekking bags, the response we got from the management was horrifying. The staff actually asked my husband for our marriage certificate. Their approach was beyond shamelessness. Wouldn't suggest this hotel as a family friendly place. Please go somewhere else and have a nice stay for the money you pay.

Things were good until morning when power was not there. Bathroom light, charging points, AC was not working from midnight until morning. Service was good, but location is not up to the mark. Road to the hotel is very bad. They should look into it. But, if you want a budget stay for 1 day, I would recommend it for one of the best near Guwahati Airport.

The location of the resort is really very odd. You should have problem with the cab driver on your first visit!! :) They serves tasty foods and room accommodation is really good. This resort is basically for local couple for fun, if you are serious visitor you are visiting Guwahati for office work and other agenda, this place is NOT FOR YOU! Behavior of the staff is not up the mark. Not managed at all. We ordered dinner before arrival and they just missed it. We spent first night without food. The free breakfast is for show only, we was there for a nature survey stayed two days. We went jungle by 6am morning and requested hotel management to provide breakfast (just bread, butter & egg) bit early, but they didn't. They never cooperated.

It's too far from the main road. The road is not even good for walk also. Bathroom light, TV, AC, Charging Points was not working from Evening until morning. The wifi is free and it doesn't work anyways. The bathroom is too dirty not as the picture. Breakfast Was Not Good. Overall it's not good for the family/Group. For some unmarried couple it may be a good one but it will be worst stay for family/Group. its a wothless hotel with the worst service ever. The management team were harsh and their behaviour is more worst than anything. All the reviews seem like self/paid reviews of the hotel. it is just not worth it. Don't fall into the trap of high user rating. Any other hotel in Guwahati will be a better option than this.It would be your worst decision guys if you choose this hotel for a stay.
