OYO 12800 Hotel VLEE - Hotel in Adalaj - Gandhinagar, India

Rooms has red ants on their beds. Staff is too slow very bad service and they give your booked room to another person. Very disappointed with hotel. Also don't go on Google photos the rooms are not that good as they shown in the pictures at Google.

ENTRANCE: The hotel is situated in the 3rd floor of the market complex building. The entrance is dirty because right next to the lift there is a public toilet so it makes the way to the hotel very unpleasant. ROOMS: The rooms are big. Clean, neat and basic, AC works great. Bathroom is spacious and decent. Nothing in particular to complain. FOOD: As with anywhere in Gujarat, you dont get disappointed at all with quality and quantity of food. It is great. The complimentary breakfast though is a let down (either bread or maggi) STAFF: Courteous staff. They can smile a bit more.

Hotel staff are good and courteous so 5***** to them. But not recommended for businesses travellers if you are planning meeting with clients. Entry (the 1st impression which should be best is the worst). Now think of what more worst can happen, lift not working, an old model of lift, u fell kahin lift na kara de. Kitchen does not exist, and you have to depend on restaurant. Breakfast option included, then pls forget, its snax which you get served.

This is my worst hotel experience in 30 years. Where do I start... Entrance to the hotel was scary, dirty and gloomy. When we reached the reception at 11.30 pm, gate was locked, attendant was sleeping inside and woke up after 10 minutes of banging the door. During check-in when I asked him that I had upgraded to delux room he mentioned that all rooms are the same, so my upgrade money wasted. The first room he gave us was absolutely filthy. Room was beaming with mosquitoes in all corners, insects and spider webs were in abundance, mattress was barebone and could feel the springs on the surface, towels were dirty. When I mentioned these to the attendant he got us a all out and a spray. We still could not kill enough mosquitoes so we asked him to change the room. The next room he gave us was equally filthy and had broken furniture but with lesser mosquitoes so we took it. We were too tired to cancel the book and look for another hotel so we stayed. We could barely sleep that night and we were shocked at the state of a hotel that was recommended by OYO. We were wondering what standards OYO work with and if OYO ever audits its hotels. I am writing this detailed review so that oyo can remove the hotel and give me a refund for this booking else I will be glad to hit the uninstall button on OYO app.

Rooms are as good as advertised.. Customer service is also well mannered and punctual.. Complimentary breakfast seems a bit less for the extra cash.. But overall a good hotel for stay in case you came to gandhinagar...

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are helpful. Location is remote and the access to the 3rd floor of the building in which the hotel is in is very shady. The elevator is small old and unclean.

Hotel was good but behind the hotel there's a hostel named as "Patel hostel" ,so you need to close the window properly !!!
