OYO 12760 Pragati Palace - Hotel in Mathura - Mathura, India

Disgusting when it comes to the cleanliness of bedsheets and rajai/quilt. The bedsheets were full of patches, and rajai had some very odd looking stains that were part dry part liquidy. Upon asking them to change, the 2nd set also had the same issue. Do not stay at this hotel if you have a regard for your health. Consider other options nearby.

Worst experience as of now. They asked me to pay more than the price at which I had booked the property and when I denied, they cancelled. No professionalism.

Good Hotel. Rooms are clean and hygiene. Tasty foods and co operative staffs. Parking is available and free. Some improvements are required like table and chairs are not available in deluxe room, TVs are not running in many rooms. hotel management should take notice of these problems. Overall a nice staying in this hotel in Mathura.

Rooms given to me & as shown by oyo didn't matched. The room is average & the bathroom is very bad. There was no geyser. The water get logged inside it.I informed the reception but nothing happened. Even the complimentary breakfast was not served to us. When I queried about breakfast they somehow managed some oily parathas. Really i m too upset oyo. I didn't expected it.

Toilet flush not in working condition, water tap is also not working, drainage system is also worst. Cleanliness is totally in worse condition. At window there is dust.

Needs lots of improvement. Faced issues like. 1. Water supplies went off when I was bathing. For 2 hrs. Wasted time. 2. No exhausts fans in bathrooms. Ventilation hole provided for exhausts opens in other rooms bathroom. 3. Food service was average. 4. Food provided was average. 5. Rooms are subject standard rooms.

Location is good. Easily locatable. Near Govardhan chauraha. Staff is not that much helpful. washroom was not good. Paan split was there in the washroom. Ac was placed at the back of the bed instead it should be placed at front. Hotel area was clean but room was not. You can book if rate is good around 1000. I booked it for 1800 & my experience was not that much good. Look for any good oyo if available nearby it is ok under the budget of 1000 only.

Dont waste your money here, no services included in room charges, they will provide you a empty room with a bed and ac, I had to ask for a towel and soap then I got it, rest you can think. In free breakfast they will give you only 1 Allu Paratha per head, I have paid for extra bed which was also not provided. They don't even have a driver who can park the car. I would say 1 star is more for this place but I don't have any lesser option.
