Got a good deal on agoda. Suite room for 2k. No complaints, clean rooms, decent breakfast. The service isnt really great. Specially housekeeeping. Took them 30 mins and 2 reminder calls to get a dental kit. Just one person manning all requests in the morning. A few more staff members and itll be better
Hotel resides at a calm place, no sound disturbance. Food items for complementary breakfast are fresh and well arranged. Downside is food at the adjacent restaurant is not at satisfactory level in terms of freshness (please improve in this side). While staying at Kens, for lunch and dinner, you can find some good restaurants like Zaiqa-e_Hyderabad, Shadab Go (Take-away service for biryani & Mughlai cuisine- 6 star taste!) etc.
This hotel charges premium hotel rate but standards are poor. We had lot of issues. Most of the socket plugs are not usable. Refrigerator did not work. Room accessories like towel and all need to be asked specifically, otherwise they don't care. Several stink marks on sofa. Walls are dirty. Tea is not hot. Ordered food for dinner and it was horrible. They charged 7200+ but not worth of it. I won't recommend this hotel for that price.
Best in everything! Room Service,House Keeping,Locality,interior,etc Rooms are great with every luxurious facilities. Staff and food is great. 24 Hrs check in check out. Special thanks to Mr Danish Shaikh for the recommending and providing the best service personally. Will hope to visit again whenever visit Hyderabad.
It was good experience to visit to attend training. Food was good. But pent house washrooms were no lights and during our training, we faced power cut frequently, it has interrupted our sessions. Please take care of it.
It's a decent hotel in a nice location. Very centrally located. The hotel offers very decent size rooms with a seperate living area and a small kitchen. Apat from that the service is decent and cleanliness can definitely be on hw higher side.
Doors have problem with key-card. Everytime I had to call attendant to use his master key to unlock my door. Also found cockroaches in the room. Otherwise food is good and rooms are spacious.
