Located at the heart of the city.. all major restaurants and clubs are at walking distance. Railway station is nearby. Clean room. Affordable price. Friendly staff.
Worst experience. Manager was very unprofessional, not even properly dressed to be seated at reception. Further, they denied check in even after confirmation and asked for more amount than booked online, which is unethical. Oyo shall terminate their relationship with this ppty. You will not even realize that this is a hotel from outside.
There are too many mosquitoes in the entire property. Oyo used to be of good quality but check rooms before checking in. Property owner was rude and non-cooperative. Customer care services from Oyo is total garbage. They took 30 min to shift the booking and asked to pay extra. This is today's incidence.So, we will be paying extra for the services we should be given anyway.sarcastic salute to Oyo. Don't book this property ever.
Poor service in entire my tour life. Once your booking over this hotel manager and staff will not bother about your comfort. Very rude behaviour of hotel manager. Just disgusting. Don't book this hotel. Worst booking ever I felt. No food, no water. Car parking not provided by hotel. Me n my family gone for Maa Kamakhya devi darsan by own car. Hotel manager said it's not my problem, where you will park your car. My car were parked at road side . I was always in fear of theft . No security staff available there. OYO is best known for providing comfort for tourist . My suggestion for OYO is , just black list this hotel.
Good and clean place to stay. The only problem with Oyo is that they have 12 noon check-in system. If u have reached early in the morning it gets difficult as u can have the room around noon. You can request for early check-in which could cost u about 30%.
Nice rooms, ac is good the hotel is also clean and quiet. There is no disturbance. Just one small issue that telephone was not working in the room.
It was very pleasing to stay there. Very neat and clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very tasty. The staffs were very cheerful and helpful. It was a brilliant choice fo us.
