OYO 12205 Vishnupriya Regency - Hotel in Kolhapur - Kolhapur, India

Hotel is ok for the price but if you are with family then it's not recommended, hope you understand why it is not recommended to stay family. Otherwise you get basic facilities like parking, hot water, television. There is no room service, you have to get down to reception where 1 or 2 helpful staff would give you tea or coffee. Strictly avoid when going with family

Location of hotel is good but rooms and service are not good.

These guys are fantastic. Very helpful. On my last visit I had some medical problems and needed medical help. They helped me a lot and also took care of my mother and daughter who were alone at the hotel by proactively ordering food, tea coffee etc for them till my brother reached there from Pune. Thanks guys.

Very rude receptionist/owner, very bad surroundings with bad guys around the hotel. Not at all recommendable for family. They deny check-in also if you have booked online with pre-paid option. I have worst experience ever from this hotel. Very unsatisfactory. Instead of this go to the hotels with little high price and providing professional hospitality. Disgusting. I expect Google to provide option of giving 0 star.

It's a budget friendly hotel. We book through MMT but didn't get all promised amenities like TV, HOT WATER FOR BATH, AC is not working properly, bathroom tap not working, room lock is not working....etc. Overall I didn't really recommend this hotel. But as compared to price of rupees 1.2k it's okey deal if they don't promise too much.

Worst experience for a hotel room for this price, first they deny taking OYO booking and charge more for on site booking then they give their "delux" room in which neither the shower was working nor the water was warm, the toilet jet was broken and the sheets dirty. Would not recommend anyone booking a room at this hotel.

Room area is too small as compare to price. Service is not good. They provide one towel for two persons. Room is clean but A/C is not working properly. A/C remote is also defective. They not give proper instructions about A/C's on off switch and how to start tv. Bathroom is also clean but switch for shower is not available i think is broken. Not sure. They also misguided first they told me they can provide Chinese in night at 9 but when i go to eat they said Chinese is not available. After that I order biryani. But the tast of biryani is very worst. Rice quality used in biryani is very poor. You can see in image.

OYO 12205 Vishnupriya Kolhapur. It's Totally Fraud. You will get best booking option on OYO App but at the time of check in the hotel management will ask you to additional money for check in. I had booked this one before 4 days and confirmation. At the time of check in they ask me to additional money 4000/- for check in. It's was totally frustrating aft 8 hours journey to Kolhapur. OYO App and hotels both are doing fraud to gather customer at the hotel. Do not waste your time and money. PN - below is the standard reply from hotel management. But they will never change their hopeless work policy. Don't Stay At OYO. Stay away from OYO.
