A homestay villa with around 8 rooms managed by OYO. Situated just few footsteps from main road where the state buses stop. Has basic facilities like TV mini fridge, English Toilet, Bath Tub (Little rusted) Cleanliness is average. Room services on alternate days. Hot Water is on Solar, so you have to wait until 9:30 - 10 for hot water. Property manager Mr Deepak is very helpful. He can arrange rent bikes. (From Rs 300). Also has a kitchen with utensils, induction top and balcony.
Very nice stay at hotel. Very good receptionist and very helping person. Everything available here like swimming pool, bathtub, AC, kitchen ( refrigerator, induction, electric cattle, all kitchen utensils) etc. Perfect location. Overall very nice stay
Perfect place to stay if you are looking for quiet n peaceful time. Location is great. Jus few minutes walk from calangute beach. Market is nearby. Kitchen z in the room. Bathrooms are good. All in all everything is just pefect. Except just one thing. NO POWER BACKUP.. Otherwise would have rated 5 stars. Will still visit again. Love it.
The staff is friendly... pool is well maintained.. Power backup facility also available there... The bathtub is a bit smaller size and not the biggest there is available... Environment is fine and quite around
Worst experience. Smelly rooms, dirty rooms, stinking place, worst washrooms. The building and the property is not at all as It is shown in the pics, it looks like a 100 year old building with smelly roams. If given complain owner calls and shouts you told the room is cleaned and proper then why you are complaining again and again. The owner needs to be educated.
Luxury house as it is mentioned in name itself. Nice rooms, nice cleanliness and nice behavior of the receptonist. Want to give five stars but four stars only for the mattresses. Oyo, please replace Spring mattress with hard one.
Hotel had kitchen, gallery to sit quietly, bathtub, AC. It is around 600 m away from Calangute beach.You can get peace in this hotel as it is very quiet around. Staff is very polite.
