AVOID. It is Okay to sleep on the road than stay here. Do Not trust the Photos. Called and booked directly and not via OYO. but still the hotel is unfit to stay. Actually, I called TJS Grand hotel to book a room and the person on the other side said they would book me in the sister hotel Mandakini as they have no rooms for a party if 4 on the date I arrived. Family of 4 traveled to Delhi for a 3-night stay. Arrived at a poorly maintained palace late at night. Safety concerns due to the location. Confusion with reservation, ended up with one room instead of two. Room was cramped and had a deteriorating ceiling. Unpleasant smell and lack of ventilation. Limited power points and malfunctioning bathroom facilities. Dirty and torn mattresses provided. no blanket provided. Decided to find another hotel. Woken up by a loud noise. Unable to adjust the temperature. Left the hotel early morning. Confronted by the hotel staff, threatened to involve authorities. My (international) credit cards are not accepted. Paid extra in cash for a bill receipt. Avoid staying at this hotel and insist on receiving an invoice.
This is worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty rooms, Dirty Linen. Seems they don't clean the WC and Basin for months till guest complaints. Food order takes 1 hour. If you have a complaint as a guest it's your duty to inform everyday... the attendant, reception and the owner. They never communicate among themselves. AC was not working for 48 hours but the complaint did not reach the right place in spite of cheak out talks for same. Most irresponsible and arrogant staff.
If you just need a place to sleep and refresh, this hotel is good value for money. Walkable distance to karol bagh market
Old hotel.. Good staffs.. Toilet is not clean properly.. All bed are old.. Room is very big... Need to improve more.. Location is good..
