OYO 1208 Hotel Aman Palace - Hotel in Delhi - West, India

Its an average hotel. mostly used for marriage purposes. from security point of view. this is a good hotel. rooms are small.very congested rooms. dont expect too much. location is very good.

It's a small hotel at good location. The rooms are clean. Service requires lot of improvement. The TV in the room was not working. They tried fixing it post multiple reminders but did not succeed. Eventually at 11:30pm they offered to put me in another room. However, I declined as I was tired and was in no mood to pack the bags again. There was no drinking water in the room. I had to request front desk to provide water. Then in the morning they goofed up with the breakfast and served wrong quantity. Overall I would say if basic checks are done before allotting the room, it could be a good budget hotel for solo/busoness travelers.

Rooms were clean but little small according to price. Buffet was not there . Only option for one sandwich or one parauntha with TEA per person was provided Good

The Room that was provided to me by the receptionist was so small and very uncomfortable, not what i expected. Then she charged me an additional 500 per day to move to another room, which was good So the room provided by the hotel with your package is a big waste of money. And to top it all, they were spraying pesticide to kill cocroaches and the smell was so strong that i got up from my sleep in the afternoon as i was very tired from my journey. And had a headache since afternoon till evening. And they spayed smoke to kill mosquitoes in the hotel, that was so strong, that my room was completely filled with thick smoke for more than 30-40 minutes. I had to cover my face with a towel and after 5 minutes had to carefully get out of the room, find the staircase, by holding the steel bar beside the staircase and very carefully get down to the ground floor. I couldnt see anything, and i almost slipped twice while going down the staircase, bcoz i couldnt see anything as the layer of smoke trapped in my room and the hotel was so thick. This was my worst experience till date. Over all the room provided with package was room number 204, I had to shift to room number 201 by paying an additional 500 per day. Bcoz the room provided was terrible and suffocating.

It was a great great experience. Aman palace was really very peaceful and the room was very clean and well managed. Staff,very kind, helpful, and friendly to us. Helped a lot. , we will visit again soon...All goodsupporting staff near to metro station

staff is very polite and helpful but property is so so. Hygiene was good but no hit water. basic amenities missing. phone not working. food economical. overall good

last time when I stay here they give me god service but this time wrost service . I stay in room no. 303 room key was not working I wait approx half an hrs they open room from master key but not give me any key so security purpose a big question mark. in the morning washroom'gyser is not working I inform to reception they have not give me suggestions use common washhroom. I have many call but every time they told me use common washroom. at last I have take bath from cold water. over all community dharamshala is better from this hotel.

It's a first time I visited some hotel & had so much bad experience. The staff was no good at all. They did not welcomed us and was rude to us. They were trying to false charge us for bed sheets n room wall paint. Please do not visit the hotel it's no good at all. Even night kitchen is also not there!! They are trying to rob us .. why is it call a hotel if they cannot serve food at night & charge us for bed sheet n more things!!
