Stayed there with my grandmom for 2 days for my official work and the entire staff is really very nice and genuinely good excellent service my first and best experience extremely trust worthy and kind people work there I did not miss home for a second the food is very delicious and fresh and warm. Really the best experience and worth the stay. Do not hesitate to come and stay here the best place anyone can find and yes extremely supportive people are here go for it !!!! Great work.. Give the staff a raise of salary please they are doing an excellent work
Overall experience was good. But the service is not good. We order 2 teas and we are waiting for 1 hour for 2 teas. Also wait for food within 1 hour.. The rooms are not locked. They don't give room key. The room is not safe.
For every service they charge too much extra. Which is not good.. ultimately there is no choice for new person and they have to pay extra for it.
Had a brilliant stay. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staffs were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.
Please never visit this hotel. They are money-grubber. They can charge for anything. Rooms are pathetic Receptionist is ill mannered don't know how to talk to customers. I wish I could give 0 stars to them. Only good thing is location.
The hotel accepts your request but later cancels at last moment and demands for RT-PCR. Then it provides details of another hotel, Stay Hub, which is also their, but doesn't demand RT-PCR. Service is bad. Rude behaviour. Would recommend not to go here.
Service of oyo is denied even though they have put themselves registered to lure the customers. Rude behaviour of the person sitting on the reception. Definitely won't recommend this hotel.
