OYO 11907 Shelter inn - Hotel in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

Loved the stay, I'm only giving a star less because they always failed to deliver on time... Apart from this Everything was really good... Well also they charge 200 rs per night for heater which should be included. The food charges are reasonable. The look and feel is fine. The connectivity to the nearest market is good enough.

Stayed there with my family on 1st june. Im giving 2stars because of rooms, wifi, bathroom and pricing (Paid 12k for 2rooms for 1night). Rooms are specious but walls are dirty, there were no dustbin in bathroom. No Wifi singnal in the rooms. Their services are very slow, however staffs were very friendly and polite. Foods were good. Its not a hotel its an appartment. As per MMT its a 4 star property but thats not true. If you get this hotel below 3k/day then its best place to be. Note for management, please work on rooms walls, bathroom, bedsheet, and a bit fast services. Thanks

Nice rooms nice service Food was good to have it. Olace is a bit far from the police market but it is quite from the local traffic and food was average there but hospitality is very nice. Somehow we stayed for one night only.. There is separate bathroom and lavatory and big spacious room. One bed romm a sofa room and bik drawing room type room. Enjoy your staying. There is a parking place insdide the hotel. You don't have to worry about your parking. Rooms are maintained properly. Neat and clean. From there tou can have a round fo the shillong and the local sights l..

The location is very near to Dhankheti bus stop. Excellent place to stay in Shillong. Really big rooms with ample space, well furnished, clean. Washroom is very clean. The hotel staffs are nice, very cooperative. Food is healthy, hygenic. Awesome experience.

Worst experience.. The hotel staff is not good. I booked the hotel through OYO and paid the whole amount in advance. But after check-in they denied and responded that they dont accept bookings from OYO. Even when OYO master calls them they don't pick calls.. Don't go for it

Nice place to stay, jst opposite of shillong college n walking distance from police bazaar, ward's lake, Mary's Cathedral... Staff is good, spacious rooms, good ambience, food is OK. But ya pulao doesn't taste like pulao. Overall good experiences...... Good for families, couples. Giving 5stars taking in consideration the staff, their support n the rooms.

It's a house converted into a hotel. Has a homely feeling. Rooms are clean, toilets are hygienic. Management guys are friendly, helpful. Breakfast needs improvement.

Location is problem ;since inwards night going out is a problem . cleanliness was average ,need to improve. I had to check out morning early ,I had to wait for one hour at reception since there were no staff and the gates were locked . There were no staffs and number given wasn't taking the call
