Room wasn't that much clean. I can give 5 star to the receptionist over there. He knows Tamil and he helped us a lot during our stay period. Bathroom has faults and dirty too. Not an hygienic place. Maybe a neat room can be asked in the reception before getting the key. It has pub in the third floor and was noisy at night. Reliance fresh is just below the hotel and it's convenient to purchase anything. Since it's not an isolated area, u can get cabs easily from Ola or uber in minutes.
Overpriced for a day's stay...no bottled water in d room, when asked about it..its conveyed that it's not there in the pact with oyo...very small hotel with few rooms only, it has a pub at the rooftop, hotel on the 1st floor, filled with cigarette smoke is what we as a family felt as soon as we entered. Entrance is on the main road, with a parking on the backside of the hotel..which is hardly lit. Overall, below average experience but Room space is good and clean. Families can find better places I feel..
Worst place ever. I had booked the room through OYO and had travelled from Bangalore with my wife and her sister, the receptionist made an issue and said they won't give the room saying we don't look like family and it was 10pm at night. The receptionist was drunk and unprofessional, the so called manager came and supported the receptionist. While OYO allows unmarried couples they didn't allow a family to stay and this is ridiculous. So I do not recommend this filthy place to stay and families please stay away from this place. PS : There is a pub above and thr atmosphere is not suitable for families.
A very lovely and neat place to stay at! It is located on the floor below the purplr haze pub! Since it has been marked wrongly on the map, there has been a bit of confusion. The people there are prompt and respond to anything you need. They rooms are positioned in a well lit area and the decor is just amazing. Over all a very pleasant experience.
Room was good and clean. Amenities are quite satisfactory. The only problem I faced was reception counter most of the time was unmanned. Similarly, whenever I wanted to use elevator, watchman used to go underneath and start. This was causing bit inconvenience.
Pls stay away, it's just a lodge and not good for families.
No bottled water, small bathrooms, bad lighting in the room, TV connection had a lot of disturbance and located on 2nd floor (1st floor has a shop and 3rd floor has a pub)
The place was also so tough to find Once we reached the hotel, noone wanted to help us find a room and when as difficult was it we found the manager and the director sort of guy he threatened us to call the police. Please do not book this hotel And MakeMyTrip please remove it from ur site as we trust MakeMyTrip for safe stays
