I have booked 2 rooms for 5 people but I got 1 big room with 2 double beds. And they didn't arrange for 2nd bathroom. So we have to manage with 1 bathroom for 5 people. Water was not coming from the taps. Pathetic co-ordination between MakeMyTrip and hotel. Didn't expect this from MakeMyTrip.
Hotel and rooms is good. Well furnished and clean. Hotel is inside but at good location. Food is also good but service needs to be improved.
Very poor facilities. Staff is very rough and manner less. At every call staff saying leave the hotal. At the time off booking showing lots of services while after check in no facilities provided. Even door look is not working.
