Rooms were sufficient for 2 people. It was tidy and clean. A gas gyeser is installed so there will be 24/7 hot water. They also have a party hall. Small gatherings can be conducted there.
Rooms are too small, unhygienic and are not cleaned properly. Staffs don't know proper hindi Or english and i really find it hard to communicate. It's also some distance away from city centre. U can find better rooms near to city centre in a more favourable prices.
Room is kind of neat. But they could check locks of the doors regularly. Outside the hotel, there is a public park which is big enough for walking or jogging and take kids for playing
Never ever come here by mistake, the room is okay but the tv is not working and the reception will not provide you a different room with tv.. so my experience here is already very bad before even going to stay but I'm helpless as I have already booked a room from goibibo site

I had booked this hotel OYO 11724 Chitra Residency Premium on 31st Oct 2021. I got confirmation from OYO also for the same. OYO had charged me INR 4066 for the property for a single day. This is for 2 NON AC rooms for a single night stay. Then I realized from Google reviews that the hotel rating is bad. I had called OYO for a booking for a new Hotel. I got multiple calls from OYO offering new Hotels. Later I agreed to book for Indira comforts with an offer from OYO for INR 899 for one AC Room. Since I was unable to see the booking status in my OYO app, I had asked the OYO representative for the reason. He mentioned it will be changed once you refresh the app. So the older booking will be cancelled and the new booking will be shown. But again I didn't get the updated status. Then he told me that I will get an email from OYO, with which I can proceed. But when I reached there, there were no rooms available. I again called OYO customer service and got confirmation that there are 15 rooms available. But when I again checked with the hotel reception, they confirmed that there are no rooms available. Here I felt hopeless and asked OYO people to check with the hotel. Instead they offered me another location and asked me to do the payment without checking the location. I felt betrayed and cut the call, because they were not concerned about the customer. OYO representative forced me to make the payment before visiting the hotel even though he knew that I am having a 1year old kid with me. Since time was getting late and my kid was not feeling good, I thought to check with Chitra Residency whether rooms are available. I reached the hotel and was happy to see Rooms were available. The hotel receptionist showed me the rooms and offered INR 600 per NON AC rooms for a night. This is way more different from what OYO offers. So I decided to book the room. But while checking in they asked me whether I had done OYO booking and I confirmed that I had booked and cancelled for another room. Since it was not available I was checking for a room here. Then the hotel people denied me the room and asked me to pay INR 4066 if I want to stay. I don't know why they were not listening to me. If i can give minus rating I would have given that. I had called OYO customer service to raise a concern, they directed me to call another number. I called there and raised my concern. But I didn't get any call or solution for the issue. Since my family was fed up searching for hotels in the meantime and my kid was also not well, I had to pay INR 4066 and stay. We planned for a single day trip after a long break due to Corona. That ends up in a very bad way. Later today I talked with the OYO Help assist to sort out this issue. But no solution again. My Understanding is that OYO is charging more than the actual amount from consumers. There is no benefit a customer can make while booking through OYO. Only while booking time only customer will get callbacks from OYO, not while raising a concern. Stay: 1. Not good for stay. there is a nearby goshala(Dairy farm). you will get bad smell from there. 2. Not clean rooms as you see in OYO app. 3. No complementary breakfast. lot more.
