It's one of the great place to stay with your family, friends and loved ones. The staff gestures are quite amiable and full of promptness. Complementary breakfast is one of the amazing thing I loved the most. Their food quality is probably best among other budgeted hotels in Guwahati. Really grateful to their overall service.
Newly made hotel. Nice hotel for living in peace and clam. Neat and clean environment with beautiful room. But room service is fixed for 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. , breakfast is free, also tv and ac is working nice. Geyser is also working probably. So beautiful places for relex. Many tourist places areby this like nehru park, umanand mandir, Assam zoo, museum,etc
poor service like unprofessional. I am requested to all don't wast money for book this hotel. 1. Toilet flush switch not working. 2. Breakfast is so bad. 3. Demanded money during check out (after 15 mnt of checkout time) 4. Food not available in dinner.
I stayed in that hotel for 2days ....It was 3rd class Hotel there is no dim light in the room, they didnt give us any complimentary breakfst, they didnt have any room service ..hotel staffs were lier ...even after telling so many times they didnt send any room service or our complimentary breskfst .There were may be 3-4hotel staffs the receptionist boy n the other hotel staffs r addicted their eyes look red they dont even response properly there face were like a roadside romeo.....they dont even provide us a bottle of water......OYO PLEASE DON'T TIE UP WITH SUCH TYPES OF 3RD CLASS HOTEL'S.... THIS IS THE MATTER OF REPUTATION ...

A very tiny room with an extremely tiny toilet for 1500 bucks.with no breakfast available even though it was made complimentary through MakeMyTrip booking. The hotel is well located just a few meter beside the Mayfair Hotel. Not recommended for family stay.
I booked this hotel for my My parents recently . while checking out the hotel on 1st may As they had train at 5 am morning,they came out of the room and found all the lights of hotel loby were off. They managed to come down at reception with flash light of their phone. Receptionist was sleeping in drunk state and after many requests he woke up and opened the door. It seems hotel staffs are highly unprofessional.
Good place for short stays and transit halts. Rooms are small but clean. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Also provides basic meals on order. AC, TV, clean washroom and linen.
