OYO 11670 Hotel Vishnu Priya Residency - Hotel in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

Sorry to say this but seriously Worst way of behaving with customers.I booked it at 11pm and told 1000 /day but next day came in the morning and told you stayed more than 12hrs so each day 2000 rupees. No stand on their own commitment.finally took 1600 rupees not even compromised. More over receptionist way in talk is not at all satisfactory.I came by 11pm even I booked they didn't made it ready they told 104 but gave 107 that to by cleaning at that time and fan was not proper. Worst experience I can say. Hope the management will understand and act upon and do it better for future stay and for more happy faces on customers. My sincere request is to please respond properly to the customer who came to stay for their meeting trip and don't make head ache again to them.

"Writing this review right after checking out". I booked this hotel for two reasons 1 1. Oyo 2. Reviews Both seem to be morphed. 1. Hotel isn't clean 2. No ventilation in the room. The only window in the room is open to a store room which also doesn't have a ventilation 3. TV? Yes u have a 32" WITHOUT setup box 4. "BREAKFAST" Though they term it as free breakfast,, ITS SERVED FROM THE ROADSIDE HOTEL. On the first day after I ordered the breakfast, they took 40 mins to call me back and asked me to go to the hotel directly as they couldn't deliver. I asked what's the hotel name, they couldn't answer as it doesn't have a name. With all the landmarks they gave found the hotel but couldn't stand there for more than few secs. Pathetically crowded and untidy. 5. Linen? Oh yeah! Torn blankets and no towels. 6. No hot water, if u miss to take bath in the morning. 7. NO CAR PARKING. You should park it in front of the hotel. That is their parking space Never expected this kind of service from OYO!

Worst experience . Room given to us was very bad with cigarettes in washroom and ash on bed.No point in talking about the floor of the room. On top of this people were asking us to give good rating My suggestion is don't prefer this Vishnu Priya Worst hotel in L B Nagar......

Inspite of booking the room from afternoon and going there late at midnight, they didn't keep any room ready. The room which is given to me has cigarette smell and was really dirty. Didn't expect this from oyo room. There were hair strands, cigarette ashes on the bed, food waste in the wash basin, dust all over the room. When I complained, they started cleaning other room and gave me that. That room too had hair strands on the bed as if they were rose petals.

Located near LB Nagar Metro station (750 m approx). Busy main road near a bridge. Decent hotel rooms starting from first floor. Ground floor is bakery shop. Lift is available. Book through OYO. A/C & Water heater available Complimentary breakfast only if you stay for the night else you have to pay. Nearby hotel, ATM, general stores and fruit stalls are available. No water will be provided you have to buy it.

Stayed here during 2bd day of my hyd visit. Place is decent. Staff are prompt and responsive. Good service. Door step food service is there but I havent tried. Cleanliness and room ambience are just more than average. Can do much better for the pricing. Overall good experience.

Yes the staff was good and the hotel premises doesn't look that good to u and considering the main road u can stay in this for proper fast food delivery and getting cabs is easy
