Very bad hotel in all terms either hospitality or infrastructure. I will not recommend to any family for stay there. Staff have not manners how to behave with guest. Staff is very rude. Hospitality is worst. If there is rating in negative , I definitely give. This hotel doesn't not deserve even one star . Always there is pungent smell. Not recommended to family. Staff is not active .. to bad experience than other hotels. Services not good bathroom kit not available towel too.i.e. towel, soap, cleanser. After demanding they provided only one towel for couples.
They don't know how to behave with a girl. Very rude behavior and that to be for their fault. There policy includes that they can disturb u at any point of time by bashing the door. During the stay they want to check whether all lights are working or not without raising any complaint
I have travelled a lot and trust me, Sharnam has the best staff you could imagine. Extreme polite, generous and service provided is fast with a quality work.

I don't know how to explain this place....it's a place for adults to sleep....never coming again....the bedsheet smells bad and blood stain is there in almost all the bedsheet.
Worst hotel, if you want to stay for one night then its ok but you cannot stay there for many days they donot have proper food service, the quality of food is low, the staff are manner less they dont know how to treat a customer.
