i was check in on hotel blue star ,the behavior of hotel manager terrible n the room service is so poor and the location is better but the staff is not helpful... plz improve ur manager require for some training of it..i dont prefer to anyone to visit this hotel...
Worst experience, money minded people. They ask for extra money while checking out and very rude behaviour. Also will not provide any bill. Be aware of such fraudulent in the holy city.
Good hotel with good sevices . Room service is very slow. If you want dinner or lunch then order it 1hour before of your hunger because you will get your meal minimum an hour. Breakfast was delicious with variety. Rooms are spacious. I would not like to advise you to have meal from here . Very expansive and not good in taste. It is very close to Assi ghat . So good choice if you want to see Ganga aarti in eve or morning. It is just walkable distance from Assi ghat.
The room is nice and at a good location but the manager took half an hour to give me check in because he had done a mistake in allotment of rooms.
First time trust on oyo rooms broke down. I booked through oyo at Rs 1400 plus but I was shocked when I witnessed a similar room booked at Rs 800. Further rooms were hardly 8 by 8 dimensions that too in a filthy Street. I don't know what is criteria of giving tag of oyo.
It's an amazing stay . Everything about this hotel is up to the mark . Staffs are good , rooms and bathrooms are hygienic .
It is the worst OYO I have stayed in they alloted me room no 202, I booked from OYO but they denied to accept my booking from OYO and asked me to cancel it and pay in cash as there are no rooms online so I have to book offline as there were no rooms in any other hotel so I have toh pay 200 more than the original price on which I booked online Service is very slow have to call 3 to 4 times to staff
