Good points: 1. Location is great. 2. Staff was helpful. 3. Room was really clean and well maintained. 4. Bed was very comfortable. 5. Complimentary breakfast was very tasty and healthy. Negative points: 1. No intercom to contact the reception. 2. Shared Bathroom/Washroom. 3. TV without any set-top box. 4. No laundry service as mentioned on Goibibo. Overall, my stay was really good and I'd recommend people to consider this hotel if they're going to stay in this area. Hope the hotel management will look into the problems I mentioned.

Ok, first of all, they do have attached washrooms with Classic rooms. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but actually, the common washrooms are just for the Saver rooms. Staff is very friendly, though can be lazy at times. Except for the first day, my stay here was great. On my first day here, the AC in my room wasn't working and the TV had no channels to show. I would've loved it if they had changed my room right away but the classic rooms are almost always occupied. They changed my room the next day and after that I really had no problem staying here. If you're looking for an affordable location near IITB and Airport, this place is highly recommended. There's no problem finding transport around the hotel.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. I didn't like the stay for below reasons: 1. The service of staff isn't prompt. Had to call multiple times to reception to get something done. 2. There was no water in the toilet the day we checked in. After multiple follow-ups, we got water. It stopped again from day 2. No response again other than empty promises by reception. We had to use the toilet without any water in the flush. Thankfully, there was water elsewhere in the bathroom and we managed with bucket. The security guy at the entrance showed more courtesy and displayed better customer service. 3. Breakfast is complimentary but what is the point. The place where they serve buffet/food is just like dining hall of a PG. Wasn't worth it so we avoided eating there. 4. Cleanliness: We took more than 6 rooms there. Many of the rooms were not even cleaned before we checked in. Some of us literally had to blow dust off to show the staff that rooms weren't cleaned well. 5. Air Conditioning: it is summer and all know it is difficult in Mumbai without AC. Thankfully, Our room didn't have issue but few others with us had trouble with AC not functioning due to lack of gas. This made us wonder when was the AC last used :-) The location is the only positive point u can talk about. You will get everything within 50mtrs. All facilities like supermarket, pharmacy, saloon, chaats n sweets etc are within walkable distance.

Bathroom fittings were not proper and no toilet paper available at the time of check in. These are basic requirements which should be taken care on priority. Apart from this the stay was good. Staff is very professional and humble. Food was great, location is perfect for getaway from hustle bustle of this Mega city!

Stay was very nice. The place is clean and the complimentary breakfast is good. Would recommend to everyone. The location is very good since there is Dmart close by and few other small shops and fast food joints. Its a posh area and the best affordable hotel I could go to in that area. Will visit again for sure and also recommend others.

Pathetic hotel , pathetic service and pattern rooms as well.. I have booked the room for a surprise birthday celebration for my partner.. since i booked the room and also asked the hotel manager Mr. Gopal to decorate it. When I saw the room even I got surprised, it was decoratted on the counting of seven balloons that also on sealing.. (he is not a kid ) the charges were 2500 bucks without cake ... Pathetic it was.. later in check out the manager asked me to give a tip to the service boy... Why should I..?? I was not happy with the service , decorations not even with the breakfast quality and quantity. I denied it straight to pay for tip.. they spoiled my dat . . . Over all I want to say it's a not a hotel it's an lodge never visit with your partners ,safety should be the first priority.. do take care of it Never book through oyo rooms.... Pay some extra and go for the good hotels but differeinate between the lodge and hotel

The hotel is very clean and tidy. It is a residence converted to hotel. You can get an entire flat if you are in a group. Attendance D'Souza was a very supportive person. He is humble and too helpful. Breakfast was also good. There's a lot of snacking options around there.

It is a good hotel at budget price. It has facilities like restaurant at night, and is situated in the main road and hence easily visible from a distance. You can assuredly get the best deals on this at the price. The airport is 25 minutes away from it and the saki naka metro station is also nearby. The rooms are spacious enough.
