Very rude behaviour to much cost , cigret smell in room

Pros: Very good location, very close to MMTS and Metro station. Staff is very helpful. Very safe. Cons: They don't provide water bottle(atleast one per day) for free. Food is always cold and hard to chew. Sometimes hot water doesn't come quickly. Old Apartment kind of hotel. Rooms are ok ok. PS: They charge 300 rupees extra if you have to check in early before 10 AM. This is not con, just for your info.
Located at the centre of the city, busy and easily commutable place. But the reception here is terrible. Maintenance is too poor. Certainly not a good place to lodge with a family. Food isn't too good. No neatness whatsoever. They didn't even provide hygienic towels and sheets. I wouldn't recommend this hotel until you're on an important work in lakdikapul and all other places are booked already.
The best feature and I can say entry one will enjoy it is the shower. Comes down like waterfalls. Service is generally prompt and friendly. More than that call it superstition or anything, the hotel is a good omen. My daughter's visa process went through smoothly.
Only thing good with this hotel is its location. Room charges are 1500. Not at all worth it.
The ambiance of the hotel isnt that great but the price of the rooms are reasonable giving the location of the hotel. One of the part is that it is at a walkable distance from the MGRI Metro station making travel convenient. Food is on par as well the complementary breakfast. Staff is reasonably friendly and cooperating. Rooms are tidy enough to survive but the washrooms could have been maintained to a good level. Overall it's a decent hotel to stay.
The place is in very good locality convenient to all location. They can maintain this place very well for the money they charge. But as the normal middle class mind they want to give less for more money. Even after complaining for room cleaning they will just to bed and floor and bathroom were not cleaned and dirty. Morning breakfast is given just for the sake of giving.
