Rooms are nice for the price. Do not try looking at the edges and beneath the mattress. ACs in some rooms do not work well. Location is good. The curtains fabric though should be changed because the fabric is quite thin which is why in the morning your room will have enough light to force you to wake up.

Very well look and feel, with my family I stayed there for almost a month. I feel like in a automated home. Very good and healthy food tasted from their inhouse restaurant daily. A complete Holiday Home package quoted by them. Really appreciate their way of management and discipline in their staffs.

Newly started hotel with good staff and quality services. The hygiene and cleaning is awesome. Rooms are designed with beautiful interior and lots of facilities. Although the bathroom size is small but adjustable. The location is little away from main road but the area is good. I have experienced 2 days here and really enjoyed.

The room was good but the service needed to be improved. The lift was not working for more than 10 hours.

Well It Was My First Book In An Oyo Hotel. Was A Bit Confused Regarding The Term, 'Home' But Once My Friend Made Me Understand, I Didn't Had Any Trouble. Home Means A More Comfortable Space, Large Are And You Get Amenities Like Home. The rooms were perfectly and excellently decorated, with full maintenance. The interiors were soo beautiful. The water was all time available and so was the geiser. Lights fan everything was running properly. Though i didn't need the Ac as it was winter but there were Two ACs. There was a dining space, kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. The cleanliness was maintained properly. The service staffs were very polite and helpful too. But just one thing should have made proper. That is the breakfast. They should have served complimentary breakfast. Be it anything, but breakfast should have been served. Otherwise it was very good and they deserve a full 5 stars. Situated at a perfect place, there were all kinds of market nearby, food was available too. Towels were clean and scented, OYO kits were provided too i.e., shower gel and hand soap. I really loved being here and would look forward to visit even more.

This was my worst experience in staying in an hotel. The staff was arrogant and rude. I had booked two rooms for 5 occupants and they refused to give an extra bed. They had given us two different rooms at different floors which I can understand would be based on availability but they kept switching off the lift Everytime we had to go the other room we had to call them and tell them to please switch on the lift and again they would switch it back off. The staff was extremely unhelpful. When asked for water, previously used bottles were refilled and given. In the morning the staff refused to give breakfast which was to be complementary. When asked about the check in option it seemed completely different from the policy given by OYO. As per OYO complementary check out till 1 pm but the staff said very rudely that no longer than 11am when I asked them to at least tell me the charges they said they can't only at the time of check out they can tell. They even refused to tell the rate or any estimate amount. OYO's policy was clear on their app which I showed to them and they completely refused to accept that policy saying we don't follow that policy.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Kolkata. After one-day booking I have stayed there almost one month more. 1st of all hotel interior design excellent. 3x deluxe room you feel like 5star. And hotel stuff behavior to good also helpful. Room and clothing cleaness every day. In a single deluxe room they provide two AC two TV also 2 single and One folding sofa cum bed and dinner table. Only one thing I was facing problem but not regular, water. I think they are not checked water tank every day. Mr Malay hotel stuff one of the best boy, he is very very helpful and friendly. So I think you can booking with Closing your eyes.
