Cheater manager. Had a really bad experience with this hotel. I had a pre paid booking. Later on there was a confusion between me and manager regarding price. So he said cancel the current booking and make a new one, you'll get refund from oyo. So i canceled it later When i asked oyo about this they said paid booking which canceled after 9 am aren't refundable. I lost the money and had to pay another extra ruppes to get a new room. Really devastated experience with the hotel.
Nice place to stay with family. Rooms are bit small but are well decorated. Very neat and clean. Staff is good and hospitality is also good. Only they need to improve on choices of items for complimentary breakfast. Overall it is a nice place to stay within city.
The service was not good. 2 star for location. Location is good but rooms in hotel is too small and blanket and towel provided are of very low quality and water bottle is also not mineral.not that good
Warning! Pathetic and hideous place. Please do not use the Oyo rooms. Service and standards are quiet bad. The rooms are extremely small, breakfast is poor and service is not great. It's like a lodge. The hotel did not have water for sufficient time. Do not stay here!
The hotel is managed by OYO and I had booked a room through OYO App. I was denied check in and was asked to contact OYO Customer Care. They kept me waiting. When had a talk with the owner of the hotel, he was rude and I left the place. I don't suggest this Hotel.
It was good experience but only tv not proper work. And staff or reception person attitude or behavior is nice. Overall good experience. Prefer to next stay here.
Worst Hotel Ever I had seen in my life , the award of Worst Hotel goes to same. Small Rooms , Error telephone , door unlock by itself., Bekar Breakfast, geezer not working. Nonsense Manager Hope i would give Minus Ratings , but no option other than 1* .
Worst place. Please don't visit here. Not cleaned rooms and toilet. I have booked on Oyo and they give room no. 1 Staff using that toilet before I go there and it's not cleaned. Bed sheet and kumble is also not cleaned.
